What we like the most was the excellent customer service provided by Giuseppe. He was willing to help and always with a smile. He gave us recommendations of Catania. The room was just excellent, very comfortable. The breakfast so good and the location close to the tourist information office, The Duomo, Via Etna and most of the interesting places in town. Bravo Giuseppe !!!!!

Definately the lack of lift for its third floor location, but i guess their staff is aware of this and take action like Giuseppe did when helped us with our luggage.

Clean spacy room, pleasant dining room and good breakfast, helpful staff

Design is a bit for men, not so cosy cause of high ceiling as one of the reasons. Very loud street, we stayed for Saturday night and there were crowds in a bar bellow the window, but we solved the problem by shutting it and turning a condition on

The room was recently renewed, big, modern and clean. It's right in the center of the city and the staff is extremely friendly. Also good value for money. Will definitely book it again in the future

On the 3rd floor without elevator, but if you ask for help they'll carry your bag. Reception from 8am to 8pm so if you're planning on arriving in the evening without knowing the exact time it might be a problem.

Really clean, modern interior. It was much nicer than we'd expected for the price.

Staff most helpful & friendly. Central location, easy walking to food, shops, services. Clean & modern, good value for money. Plus - we had lots of luggage and staff went out of their way to help.

No lift and many stairs. If you have little luggage no problem. Unfortunately we had lots, & some heavy.

The suite was very clean and tidy. very quite place, and excellent staff and delicious breakfast.

parking is a bit of a problem(i didn't know) since you are in the centre of catania- you have to pay everyday. the entrance is a bit frightening cause you first have to go into a courtyard like a prison and the building is very old not refurbished. - but overall i'd give it 6 out of 10

The receptionist is responsible and enthusiastic. The breakfast cantine is so cosy.

Not siutable for wheelchairs.

The staff were very helpful and good. I wanted to check - inn early since I had an excursion planned for the day and they were very accommodating. I definitely recommend them for any sole traveller. The B&B is located at the centre so, the Duomo is 1 min from them as well. The train and bus station are also 10 mins from the B&B.

Everything was good, except the fact that it is on the 3rd floor. However, as soon as I arrived Giuseppe came running down to help me with the luggage.

staff Really friendly. as a first timer in catania they were really helpful. the breakfast was fresh and very good. very original and modern design. A+ in cleanliness, the room , beds toilet everything. i would go again for sure. enjoyed the stay very much! keep it up 10+

Modern and clean rooms, very well located. Few minutes walk to main squares and tourist bus.

Is located on a 4th floor, however you get help from the reception to bring your luggage upstairs. Building outside looks a bit deteriorated but everything has been refurbished inside the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at Suite Inn because of many reasons: friendly staff (Mr. Giuseppe, in particular), clean and well designed apartments, good location near to Etnea street, good price. Thanks and see you soon guys!

Receptionist very helpful and spoke good English Room very clean and comfortable

Almost impossible to find as there isnt a hotel sign outside. It's behind a massive barred gate and is amongst a number of privsate apartments. We struggled to find the bell amongst all the others even when we were right outside. In the evening, the road is very dark and threatening.

Very kind staff, breakfast incredible, just in the centre close to monuments, restaurants and shops…

No elevator, right in the top of three floor building and little odd smelling in the stairs…

The rooms were really nice and spacious. The wifi was great, but we were in the room next door to the reception so maybe that helped.

There were quite a few stairs to get to the hotel (for any elderly people considering staying here)

It is a unique small bed and breakfast in an old building. There Catania is listed to UNESCO world heritage it is amazing to sleep in a century old building with a lot of history. It gives you a special feeling imagining people living there decades ago, traveling the city with horses and so on. The bed and breakfast is located on the top floor of the building. The owner was very friendly and helpfull to take my suitcase all the way up the marble stairs (3 stores high). The room was very clean and well furnished with bright colors which gives the room a spacious feeling eventhough it was a little small. You had just 2 feet to walk from the bed side to the door/bathroom. The owner told us it was all renovated two years ago, and I can tell you they did a good job! The whole bed and breakfast (including, room, reception, breakfast area) looked, fresh, bright and clean. Breakfast is nice, the breakfasthost will make you a fresh cappuccino, espresso or tea. You can pick fresh fruit, bread, a yoghurt, some toast, biscuits and a glass of juice. Not very special but ok and there is a different pie every morning. Try the chocolate pie, delicious! The location is great, just steps away from great restaurants, shops, bancomat, bakery, touristic attractions and bars. You MUST try restaurant 'le 5 spezie'. An amazing chef who travelled around the world and makes the most simple delicious dishes we ever had in a restaurant for a great price.

The room was a little small, if you travel around together and both carry a suitcase it is a litlle hard to both place them in the room. They made space for one suitcase. But just remove the lamp and an extra suitcase will fit. Also be carefull walking around, you might bump your knee or toe because of the size of the room.

The modern decor and the close proximity to transport

You couldn't flush the toilet paper and the bin you had to put it in was too small. Also the shower did not drain very well and there is no lift so we had to carry suitcases up to the fifth floor

I stayed three weeks and I had an excellent stay, thanks to the staff of a big kindness and the comfort of my room. Everything was perfect. The room was really comfortable, the breakfast was good with a lot of choices, the location is also perfect, next to the center of the city. Whatever i needed, i could ask the staff and they would nicely help me. I really recommand this B&B.
