The uniqueness, the history the staff and the location were outstanding and Lecce is a wonderful townl It was a little hard to find but worth the effort. The parking is an issue but don't let it stop you from the experience. We enjoyed the breakfast and the fellow guests. |

Characterful and very tastefully configured and decorated with natural light and ventilation as well as warmth and security plus there are downstairs rooms. Push bikes are also available making an ideal spot from where to launch an architecural tour of the gorgeous city. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the building was stunning inside. I especially loved the high ceilings and spacious room and bathroom. All very tastefully decorated. |

A little oasis of peace and quiet. The building is very charming and has a lovely feel to it. The breakfast was very disappointing! It was all cakes, but not very nice ones. |

Although to get to our room, #6, we had to go up 52 steps, it was well worth it. The suite was luxurious in every respect. And we loved the terrace. Breakfast was typically Italian but first rate. Everything about our stay exuded quality and luxuriousness. When we had a problem with the free parking (on departure), Maria walked down to the lot with us to make sure we wouldn't get charged. |

I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere in that old building and the nice view to an orange garden. There are no reception and no elevator. I missed some regional cheese and fruits at breakfast. |

The staff was outstanding! Great location and wonderful atmosphere. If they had kitchens I would have stayed there for my 3 months in beautiful Lecce! The decor and everything was classy, well thought out and they had fantastic art displays throughout the bed and breakfast. Don't forget to go up to the rooftop terrace! I stayed in room 2 which was fabulous. The only problem was that it was a little noisy in the morning as staff was getting breakfast ready. If sleeping in is your thing then I would recommend another room. I also had problems with the hot water. My shower would start off hot then get cold. If I waited long enough it would eventually get hot again. |

Very nice place in an old building, wonderfully remodeled with good modern tast, very nice atmosphere. Good location. Bicycles to use for free (we did not use them, but nice to have the possibility). Tasty, but extremely sweet breakfast. |

The staff's excellent service, care, help, the lovely room and details like the new shower, the feeling of a unique composition of furniture and equipment that contributed to a very distinguished atmosphere. The breakfast could have included some more slices of bread, not only cakes, to become sufficient. The price of the room could have been somehow lower, especially in an off season period and in a time of economical recession. The TV (or perhaps it was the TV cable) in our room shold be fixed, because it switched off by itself and a strange sound was coming from it after some minutes of watching. |

The interiors were very comfortable, well designed, respecting the history of the structure. Our room at the top was very accessible to the roof top terrace with chaise lounge used to catch September rays. Highly recommend. |

La cordialità e gentilezza del personale, l'uso gratuito di biciclette, e la relativa centralità del b&b; il bellissimo palazzo storico. Come al solito in Italia la colazione è soprattutto 'dolce' fino alle 3 stelle, ma è un piccolo dettaglio rispetto al 10 che merita questa struttura |

L'hotel è situato in pieno centro, all'interno di un antico palazzo, dove sono state mantenute le caratteristiche originali. Molto bello e molto particolare. Ambienti un pò umidi. |

Hotel très bien situé, au centre ville, chambre très propre et bien décorée. Le parking qu'on nous avait dit à proximité et gratuit, ce qui n'est pas le cas; c'était à nous de nous débrouiller.. |

Le charme et sa simplicité en plein centre ville. Le petit déjeuner à l'italienne (excellente "crostata"). Nous avons adoré. Bien que parfaitement placées, chambres n°1+2 sont à éviter. Tout près de la cuisine le matin le bruit des couverts (machine à café etc..) vous éveille assez tôt. Dommage! |

La struttura é molto bella ed in ottima posizione nel centro cittá, la camera era spaziosa, confortevole ed estremamente silenziosa. La colazione con torte fatte in casa era una delizia ed il servizio in genere di elevato livello. Una struttura da raccomandare! Il collegamento wifi dovrebbe essere incluso nel prezzo. |
