Only the location and the kitchenette (for preparing our own meals). The room (floors, bathroom) was dirty, beds uncomfortable, a tremendous amount of noise from outside (just tremendous), there were lots of flying bugs in the room, many of the electrical outlets did not work, the heat did not work for our entire stay, breakfast was unappealing (limited choices, stale breakfast breads, etc.), Not too good. Felt like an undergraduate dormitory room. |

Convenient location - great view of cathedral and square. Loved Ferrara and this hotel was a good place to stay in order to explore the old town. |

Very central. Lovely breakfast room and outdoor eating area. Fridge in room was a bonus. Air conditioner a 'good idea', but ... - see below The air conditioner couldn't work unless the exhaust pipe was out of the window. This meant the window could not be shut. Our room was very noisy at nights with bicycle racks, rubbish bins and lots of young people making a lot of noise below! We therefore had to shut the window and were hot! |

Very well situated with - on the whole - very obliging staff. The small kitchenette in my room was very useful and - in general - well set up. The view from the room was superb, and the breakfast on offer - though see below - was excellent. There was as good deal of noise on the central piazza, though we gathered this was seasonal/occasional - but it was very bad on one night. The waitress on breakfast duty needs some gentle coaching in manners - though she was, in general, fine. |

Excellent location; we enjoyed seeing the cathedral from the room (I guess our room was one of the bests in the hotel). We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace, seeing the cathedral and the castle. Air conditioning capability was marginal to maintain the room temp comfortable in mid-August and was really noisy. I solved the problem by wearing earplugs when I slept. |

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Very spacious and clean room/apartment, newly renovated. The only negative thing was unefficient air conditioning. The units were located so that air flow was partly locked. One of the main reasons for selecting this hotel was air conditioning. |

Reception personel very professional, helpful and delivering fast. With it a great human note. Air condidtioning didn't function very well, and outside was 38 degrees C, it was very noisy, or we didn't know how to operate it properly. |

Spacious apartment with kitchenette overlooking the Duomo - lovely views from the room and the terrace where breakfast is served. Ver good value for such a central location and you have the room and facilities to easily self-cater if you want to. Staff friendly and helpful. |

Staff was really good, but there was no airconditioning in the room. The location is excellent (at the main piazza), public carparking is some 10 minutes away (walking) and cost appr. 3 euros per day. Make sure that you will eat breakfast at the terrace, the view is pretty nice... :) No airconditioning, we thought there were ... it was +35 and we needed to open the window - not a good idea, because of the location; the most popular piazza of the city is in front of the hotel, it happened to be some sort of a festival and the noise was unbearable and continued until 03.30... Of course this is not hotel's fault, if it would be less warm (=no need for airconditioning) or no noice, there would not be anything to complain about. |

Suite duomo is located right in the middle of Ferrara. We could look out of our window and see the piazza below. It is located across the street from the Duomo ( which I would rate as the 3rd most beautiful duomo's on our trip which includes Rome, Florence, Ferrara, Venice, Milan, Como and Central Lake Como towns.) It was just a 5 minute walk to the Castle. If you are visiting Ferrara make sure you are there Thursday night and Friday morning. On Friday mornings the Square outside of Suite Duomo is filled with merchants and everyone is out checking the wears. |

Quite comfortable, but the hotel staff at the counter very courteous, but a little perplexed in explaining how to park the car around the hotel. He may need some know-how regarding the explanation. |
