Very nice appartament, design furniture, big terrace,excellent location. Every detail was carefully chosen.Beautiful and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom also clean, luxurious and fully accessorized, including bidet. You must have a car, the city center is a little bit far. The wi fi signal very poor. The heat was not working , we asked at the reception to turn it on after a cold night.

When we arrived the staff were waiting for us. Suites Rome 55 is situated in a very quiet place, rather far from noisy city center. Nice parking (we travelled by car). We stayed 4 nights and the room was cleaned only once. Very poor air conditioning.

Hotel staff courteous. Nice kitchenette & accessories. Internet didn't work in the apartment. Apartment rooms were too crammed & moving around was clumsy because of lack of space. Bathroom was without any cupboards & the essential amenities provided to us were not enough. No 24h reception; this can be a problem if one intends to check- in after 8pm!! Far away from the city center & there is absolutely nothing available around (no restaurants, no shops); takes about 45 to 60 minutes to reach Termini station or any other place in central Rome & needs min 3 connections (bus+tram+metro). BEWARE: there is an extra charge for towels & bed-linen (25 Euro per person) if your group has more than 2 persons (this is mentioned in small letters, like in any other rip-offs)! Unfathomable but true!!! This is a total farce, since it initially doesn't show up in the total price & you're taken for a ride!!! This way the shown price at the time of booking is lower compared to other properties but in reality you end up paying a much higher price. This is a certain rip-off and for that eventual price, you can easily get a much better & convenient-to-commute apartment anywhere in central Rome, including the Vatican. AVOID this place at any cost!!!

Hotel je divan, osoblje takodje, sve kako treba. Jedino mu je lokacija malo losija, dosta je udaljen od centra,ali je dobro povezan autobuskom i metro linijom tako da ni ovo nije strasno.

الموقع سيء جدا للعوائل حيث انه بمنطقة سكنية رديئة ولا يوجد مواصلات قريبه والمواقف الداخلية متعبة حيث يجب ان تسير حوالي 150 متر للوصول للمواقف والغرف صغيره جدا وكان دفع الماء بدورة المياه ضعيفة جدا ويبعد عن وسط المدينة حوالي 45 دقيقة بالسيارة وليس هناك اي خدمات بجانب المبنى والفندق يسمح بدخول الحيوانات بعكس ماهو مكتوب ولا انصح نهائيا بالحجز بهذا الشقق لا للعوائل ولا للشباب لسوء الموقع والمبنى و الخدمات والاستقبال يغلق الساعة الثامنه مساءا ولا يتواجد غير حارس الامن فقط وليس لدية اي خلفية عن النزلاء

L'arredamento, il personale, la pulizia, il silenzio, molto carino il bagno con I suoi dettagli ben curati...insomma...sembra di essere a casa! Un fine settimana (il nostro) ricco di cose piacevoli tra cui il nostro Napoli! Non ci sono cose che non ci sono piaciute, e ci tengo a puntualizzare che siamo persone che girano molto.

Espectacular. Sin duda el mejor lugar en que he estado de todos mis viajes por Europa. Se necesita tener auto porque el lugar queda en las colinas de Roma, pero si quieres quedarte en un hotel de lujo a precio de hostel este es el lugar. No solo es limpio, sino que todo esta decorado con estilo, la gente de la administración es muy amable y los apartamentos son espaciosos y lujosos.

Единственный минус - расположение. Дорога до центра занимает 1 час (30 мин. на автобусе, 30 мин. на метро). В остальном все отлично!

Très bonnes prestations. Suites Rome 55 correspond parfaitement à la description du site web. Propretré impeccable. Hôtel situé dans un quartier résidentiel chic et calme. Excentré mais arrêt d'autobus à proximité pour se rendre au centre de Rome. Grande chambre et grand salon très confortable, très bien aménagé avec grande cuisine et balcon très agréable. Décoration moderne et design. Personnel très aimable, disponible et de très bon conseil pour visiter la ville. Félicitations. Je recommande sans hésitation Suites Rome 55.

Price 40 eur that they charged me upon check out for my guest that were already listed upon check in. There was no notice of the extra charge until check put. Further, no one offerered the service of providing extra linen.

Appartement neuf, spacieux et trés bien situé. Parking gratuit. Un peu sombre, il manque quelques éléments de cuisine ,plat au four, tire bouchons ( important quand on est Français ) ouvre boite,..

Etablissement moderne, au calme dont le personnel est très accueillant. Ce dernier est à notre écoute et n'hésite pas à dépasser les horaires d'accueil lorsque c'est nécessaire. Le linge et les draps sont changés tous les trois jours, ce qui assure une certaine propreté de l'appartement. La cuisine est fonctionnelle. L'appartement est situé à 30 min du centre ville, ce qui peut être contraignant lorsque vous souhaitez y retourner en pleine journée. L'équipement de la cuisine est un peu léger : les couverts et assiettes sont au nombre de 4 ce qui peu s'avérer pénible lorsque que vous loger à 3 ou 4. De même pas de passoire pour égoutter vos pâtes, dans un pays où vous en manger tous les jours!
