B&B Villa Soriano

The location is perfect. Slightly outside the noisy area of the Leaning Tower and hence relaxing and having a quite authentic feel to it. The walk to all the attractions is short. The hostess is pleasant and the atmosphere in the villa is calm and relaxing.

Food was quite average but generally ok. The shower cabin was pretty small and not very comfortable.

Very close to the tower (about a 10 minute walk) with free car parking which we needed for our hire car. Inside our room, which had a private entrance, was beautifully decorated with an ornate full length mirror, chandelier and feather duvet.

Tiny niggles such as there not being anywhere to hang your towel in the bathroom.

Pisa could be visited in 1-2 days and the hotel is very near the center of the city. Rooms are big and clean and the area is quite.

Staff were extremely helpful & welcoming! Comfy beds & fresh linen & towels!!

The Villa itself is a little run down (as are most of the buildings in the area) but clean bedding & towels provided and clean rooms.

The location is great, the building is more than beautiful.

it needs some renovation. not a lot, but just to put things right. It gave me the impression that everything was quickly prepared to hosts guests but with hiding the dirt under the carpet.

I love this villa. Closed to the city and very nice villa. Would recommend it!!!

Closeness to the tower, once we knew the route it was easy so definitely ask where to go and you'll be set. The decor of the room was really nice adn the shower was amazing!

As we arrived the owner was leaving for the evening, just before 9pm, so if we had been just 10mins later we would've been locked out! This happened to a guest after us and he kept knocking the door, so we were unsure whether to let him in (and our room was right next to the front door so we couldn't ignore it), but this wasn't our responsibility so deal with guests still left to check in! Also very noisy throughout the night with other guests.

Lovely building and room!

The room is beautiful, clean and comfortable! The personal is helpfull and pleasant. A feel minutes walking to the tower. Neighborhood calm and residential. A great place to stay 2 or 20 days (as we did!!!)...

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with any questions we had. They called a cab when we needed one. Great location near the airport-can catch a cab from the airport to this B&B for about 14euro. 10 min walk from the Leaning tower. Extremely clean and newly updated.

Walls were thin so the only downfall- bring ear plugs. Everything else was great.

Very poor breakfast quality, hot water is not all the time available and hot water pressure from the shower hose is so weak.

A very good place to stay in Pisa. The room clean and nice. The hostess is warm , pleasant, give us good touristic information. The breakfast rich,testy, grate near by to the center.

Location was great for visiting the Tower, as it was maybe a 5 block walk. Also 30 minute max drive to Florence, 15 minutes to Lucca and Livorno. The hostess is such a sweet young woman, very helpful! Breakfast was wonderful! They have limited parking on the site, so the car was secure. But we felt safe enough to walk through the city to find ice cream after dark.

The staff were very welcoming and always smiling and helpful. The room we stayed in was clean,decorated to a good standard and the bathroom was spotlessly clean with a good shower.

The breakfast could be more appealing. Dissapointed that there was no fresh bread, no fresh croissants, poor choice of cereal, no fresh coffee only from a machine.Selection of cheese and ham was poor (only 1 choice) Breakfast room is very small so when the hotel is busy this could become a problem

It was fairly convenient to visit the old quarter where the tower and duomo etc. are situated and was reasonable value for money. The bed and bedding in particular were both clean and comfortable. The room was also spotless and plumbing , television , sockets etc. all were in good condition and worked fine. The owner texted us before our flight from Greece to check our arrival time and gave advice on taxi fares. He awaited our arrival and offered to run us to the local restaraunt /takeaways. Mikella, the young lady who worked the morning we were there is a real star who was everything one wants from a hotel receptionist. Nothing was too much bother and her command of English was excellent.

The villa is a great example of the large family houses of wealthy 19th/early 20 century Pisarians (?) but the decor had been done in a bizarre fashion. Almost spot on but attention to detail just not there. Nothing too bad but... With greater care and some upgrade to fittings it could be a real gem. Two pillows is a minimum these days with a 3rd in the cupboard! No excuse not to have drink making facilities in the room though.

A great little B&B which was very comfortable and clean. About 15 minutes walk from the leaning tower of Pisa and other tourist sites. The breakfast was good with just enough selection of meats, cheeses, pastries, yoghurts etc. Our suite also had a large flat screen television and wireless internet. I must also mention that Michaella who runs the villa went out of her way to make us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble for her. Many thanks again for a wonderful stay.

The B&B was a 10-15 walk into the piazza containing the historic sights.

Breakfast was insufficient - guest who got there early got all the food!

bus stop outside the hotel directly to Pisa center, good atmosphere, good value for money, nice for weekend or longer to chill out. Quite, small Italian villa. only 6 rooms, which worked perfectly for us.

The staff were really friendly. The rooms were large and clean and the breakfast was fine. It was a good value for money B&B within a short walk of Pisa centre. Perfect for us.
