Located in Pisa, B&B Ada features free Wi-Fi throughout. An Italian breakfast, with hot drinks, juice, and pastries, is served daily in a communal room.
Score from 43 reviews Good
Set in the historic centre of Pisa, Mazzini 16 Downtown offers country-style rooms with stone walls and wood-beamed ceilings. The property is located a 15-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Gli Arlecchini is in central Pisa, 500 metres from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the Leaning Tower. It offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi.

Hotel Moderno is located 150 yards from the bus and train stations and a 20 minute walk from the Leaning Tower. Its rooms, all with private bathrooms, have been recently refurbished.

Dust everywhere. Not throughly clean. Shame as the Villa and furnishings are beautiful.
Shoddy accommodation, photos much better! Very poor breakfast with little choice. Very expensive .
The apartment was a very convenience. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. I recommend this residence for couples with children.
Very far from centrum.
Nice budget place with good Good amenities and close to the tower.
Couldn't seem to lock the door from the inside of the room.
We arrived pretty late at night, the welcome was very warm and nice. Parking was right on the site and free which is always convenient.
The room itself was cleaned properly however the bathroom was poorly cleaned. There was no bath mat for the shower, as a consequence the bathroom was a real swimmingpool after we all took a shower. Breakfast was a bit disappointing... There was no butter available, which is rather strange.
Having booked over a month in advance, and called the previous day to confirm our arrival time, we were met on the day by a surly receptionist who told us, without apology, that they were overbooked and we were being moved to a different hotel. She then lied to us about the location of the new hotel and told us it was 'beautiful - ten times nicer than this one'. We were driven across town and dropped off at a grim hotel in an empty street without a pool or shuttle bus service - the two main reasons we'd gone for Villa Soriano in the first place - and shown to a cramped, ugly attic room at the top of the hotel. At no point did anyone offer us an explanation, apology or discount for the inconvenience. In fact, we were repeatedly told not to worry as 'these were the same hotels'. It seems obvious to me that the owner of both places simply accepts as many bookings for Villa Soriano as he can get, and then moves the overspill to his other, less popular facilities. A total con – avoid this hotel.
The room worked very well for a family with young children. The pool at the end of a day in Pisa
Nice rooms, great location and small pool in the garden - a life saver in sunny July when traveling with kids!
The room was nice but a lot of dust under the bed. Bathroom OK!
Good location Young friendly, helpful staff Nicely furnished Breakfast ok for cheap b&b
Dog living in properties garden, barking in early hours of morning No facilities for babies or toddlers Shower tray was very dirty, poor standard of cleanliness in room and this was such a shame as they room was well furnished. I can't upload my pictures either!
It was peaceful and I was able to check in late.
It was not close to any restaurants.
Good location, nice design of rooms, parking space.
We had quadrouple room which wasnt very spacious and it wasnt really quadrouple, as 4th bed was just a sofa and therefore not very comfortable.
spacious room, comfy bed, good value
The facilities were excellent and Joseph was a perfect host
Although it did not bother me, my wife and friends wanted to check emails, facebook etc whilst having breakfast, and even though it was advertised there was not reception. Con sequently this had to be done in wifi areas in town which meant that leisure time was restricted.
The breakfast was to die for, and the view was priceless. Hosts were very polite and nice.
Would be good to have some information in the room about the local area, restaurants and maybe a map.
Very reasonable priced hotel which was good value in a good location. Short walking distance to the leaning tower but away from the hustle and bustle. Rooms clean and spacious and staff friendly.
Really nice little b&b in quite good location. Breakfast was good and room also. Our little Boys enjoyed the little pool in the heat. We liked it.
Friendly staff, close to the old city, private parking.
Pillows are not so great, and it is not easy to set a shower.
Beautiful building, nice helpfull staff. Pretty rooms, small but really nice swimmingpool. Only 10 minutes walk from the tower and centre. Busstop in front of B&B.
It is 10 minute walk to the leaning tower of Piza and a 10 min drive to the airport.
Sound insulation is a bit of an issue, especially with a barking dog in the yard next door at 5am!
Lovely b&b, was a short walk to the leaning tower and there was parking in a yard outside. We were able to leave the car after checking out for a few hours too.
Not a big deal but no normal tea, just green tea for breakfast.
The staff couldn't have been more helpful - the rooms were big and unique. Would definitely recommend the place to friends and family travelling to Pisa
The staff was really friendly and helpful.
The shower didn't get hot, but they fixed it by offering a different room to shower in.
The bed was very comfortable
Water was dripping down the bathroom wall, by morning the floor was very wet.
a very charming place
near to >Pisa tower, parking place
keep more attention to diet food
