wish the pool was cleaned up so my kid could play.
Cosy and laid back surrounding
This place is amazing! The room was clean and we just loved that tuscan feeling :) The girls were really nice to us- giving advices where to go and what to do in Pisa. Highly recommended!
We woke up by the barking of the dog very early in the mornings and heard all coming in or out the front door.
Breakfast was nice! Driver Mario was very nice and serviceminded.
poor breakfast for us heating didn't worked
staff location free parking
Excellent localization and eco tariff. Nice staff. Near to Centrum.
Perfect Location. Quite and near to the Pisa center. Free Parking and Wifi. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff.
Staff was great!
bereakfast room smeling very heavy and bad. bed is not komfatable breakfast very cheap and bad
With breakfast could be even better
Good value for Money. Great bed, just 5-10 minutes walking distance form Pisa Tower
Bathroom had a serious mold/mildew problem
Very comfortable bed Heater/AC in room that can be adjusted to personal level of comfort 3.2 km from Pisa center Free private parking on-site Great free breakfast
Breakfast was very good.
The personal didn't speack English at all. The breakfast was very poor. It wasn't very cleen. Credit card didn't work.
The design of the villa and of the room. The location is very good, walking distance from the tower, close to the bus stop. The atmosphere of the villa is great. It looks very old style but interesting and fancy. The rooms are very nice furnished and also have a glamorous design. It is not a regular hotel room, it looks special.
-the credit card machine wasn't working, we had to pay by cash :( But other than this, we liked everything about this place!
-great shower -cute decor -nice atmosphere -cosy -really easy access to the Pisa tower
Close to downtown
Mosquitoes are an issue during the night. Water pressure was not that great either.
The room is very very spacious and the price was great. It is also quite close to the historical center (10 min walking)
Room (101) was right next to reception and door was not well insulated so we had trouble sleeping
Friendly service, free snacks, water and espressos, cleanliness, flexible staff
Windows were a tad unsafe and the door lock was a little precarious. We felt so safe in Italy, therefore it wasn't a huge set-back.
It's a shame we were only there for one evening, as we didn't use the space to its advantage. It was less a room, more like an apartment. Perfect location too, with great bus and train links.
Dust everywhere. Not throughly clean. Shame as the Villa and furnishings are beautiful.
Shoddy accommodation, photos much better! Very poor breakfast with little choice. Very expensive .
Very far from centrum.
The apartment was a very convenience. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. I recommend this residence for couples with children.
Couldn't seem to lock the door from the inside of the room.
Nice budget place with good Good amenities and close to the tower.
The room itself was cleaned properly however the bathroom was poorly cleaned. There was no bath mat for the shower, as a consequence the bathroom was a real swimmingpool after we all took a shower. Breakfast was a bit disappointing... There was no butter available, which is rather strange.
We arrived pretty late at night, the welcome was very warm and nice. Parking was right on the site and free which is always convenient.
Having booked over a month in advance, and called the previous day to confirm our arrival time, we were met on the day by a surly receptionist who told us, without apology, that they were overbooked and we were being moved to a different hotel. She then lied to us about the location of the new hotel and told us it was 'beautiful - ten times nicer than this one'. We were driven across town and dropped off at a grim hotel in an empty street without a pool or shuttle bus service - the two main reasons we'd gone for Villa Soriano in the first place - and shown to a cramped, ugly attic room at the top of the hotel. At no point did anyone offer us an explanation, apology or discount for the inconvenience. In fact, we were repeatedly told not to worry as 'these were the same hotels'. It seems obvious to me that the owner of both places simply accepts as many bookings for Villa Soriano as he can get, and then moves the overspill to his other, less popular facilities. A total con – avoid this hotel.
The room worked very well for a family with young children. The pool at the end of a day in Pisa
The room was nice but a lot of dust under the bed. Bathroom OK!
Nice rooms, great location and small pool in the garden - a life saver in sunny July when traveling with kids!
