We really enjoyed our stay - personalised service from the moment we booked, and a small boutique feel. The staff were pleasant and so helpful. Loved the free minibar, relaxing music and breakfast in our room. Our room had a real luxury feel with high-spec fixtures and fittings. The location is fantastic - just steps from the Spanish Steps on a quiet side street - made even quieter by the fantastic double-glazed double windows and shutters!

My only suggestion would be for a full-length mirror to be added somewhere - there was only one mirror in the bathroom above the sink.

Perfect location, large size bed and room, perfect and friendly service, luxury breakfast, even the room was available the last day before we left Rome in the late evening

Noise in the room, due to location of a frequent used street by cars and especially motorcycles. Even a sound barrier before the window couldn't help to reduce the noise in order to sleep in a quiet environment

Attention to detail.

We love the breakfast in the room. They always arrive on time and cooked perfectly. Hotel staff are really helpful and helped us booked all transfers and restaurants. The location is great. And just 3 mins to the Spanish steps. They upgraded our room to a junior suites for our honeymoon. I think this hotel is really a different experience for those who never stayed in a Bed and Breakfast before. It is worth experiencing a different style of lodging in Rome. I will only recommend to young couples.

They do not have elevator, so if you are not used to walking up the stairs, don't book on the high floor. First day when I arrived, I found other people's hair on the sheets and blanket. I think they use vinegar to clean their towel. I found their towel smell like vinegar.

Wauw very nice room with extralarge round bed (executive suite); B&O, very comfy design bath for 2, large shower, seperate dining area for breakfast, complementary minibar etc. Extremely quiet in a busy city like Rome, top service, very friendly staff, lovely extensive breakfast. We would book this room again. Thank you for your effort Sistina staff to make our stay memorable!

The room was soo nice for honeymooners and it was great experince.

Suitesistina is located right in the heart of Rome- perfect location to see all the sights! Our room had a great design and was equipped with all modern necessities like wifi, iPod connection and so on... It also had a really cool bathtub!!! Breakfasr was served in the room and the staff was helpful amd friendly! We'd a great time and recommend that place to anyone!

Interesting design, but sometimes not well executed. For example, the taps were stiff and hard to use and the toilet roll holders kept dropping off. More attention to detail required to justify the price, and more room servicing too, since there are no common areas in the hotel and you live in your room.

The room that we were given was the smallest in the hotel (we were able to sneak a peek at the other rooms) - don't know if this was because we were booking with booking.com and they gave us the worst room because we paid in advance?

Отель расположен рядом с Испанской Лестницей. В отеле нет лифта. Нет бара или кафе - завтрак сервируют в номере. Завтрак отличный. У нас в номере был телевизор Loewe, но странно, не было DVD. Когда спросили - принесли Playstaysion 2 и мы смотрели DVD на нём. В отеле есть русские каналы, но настроить ни мы ни персонал отеля их не смог. В принципе очень уютный отель с душевным персоналом. Есть и русскоговорящие - Таня. В целом - прекрасно. Да, в номере был мини-бар и он входил в стоимость )))), хотя возможно это номер мы брали такой. Так что рекомендуем.

Не было DVD в номере, что странно.

Ottimo. Una soluzione molto interessante, il massimo dell'intimità in pieno centro nella città più bella del mondo.

Camere arredate con gusto moderno ma accogliente, mini bar gratuito, prima colazione inclusa.

Scale strette e senza ascensore, piatto doccia in legno poco igienico

La situation est exceptionnelle.Ce fut en fait ma seule surprise puisque ma chambre correspondait point pour point à ce que j'avais pu voir et lire sur le site internet.Tout était parfait. Des prestations d'un grand hôtel avec un accueil sympathique et bon enfant ... Nous avions une simple chambre, cela suffit largement pour profiter pleinement du charme de cet établissement unique dans son genre.
