On the day of checkout we could not contact the concierge. due to central/city heating it's far too hot in the appartment. nice bed yet a bit to small

perfect prganization, exceptional rooms and accomodation. this was my first experience with a receptionless hotel, and I find the concept truly amazing.

Everything!! The apartment was huge and clean with modern equipment (kitchen) and design. We booked 2 room, one room for 2 person, and another one for 3 person with a note that there are additional 2 children under 5. We were surprised when we found the staff already put a baby bed in our apartment!! They even offered if we need extra baby coat. We had tough times with the previous 2 hotels in Italy (4 adults, 3 children : 9, 5 and 4 y.o). This one has a super fantastic service!! really made up our long and tired day after travelling throughout Italy!!

Elegant design, beautiful interior spaces, high quality facilities, and very comfortable. Daily room service, keeping the suit very clean. The staff is very helpful. Easy to check in&out, although they don't have reception, interesting experience. Very close to "the last supper", quiet location, not far away from subway station, a big supper market nearby. Stable wifi connection.

Nothing to complain. It will be more wonderful if the guest could find some oliver oil, salt, sugar, and peppers in the kitchen.

The suite was clean and well-equipped. The bedroom is small, but very servicable and the air conditioning was welcome! The location was good for me for a conference at the Catholic University and is close to the Last Supper and not too far from the Sforza Castle. It is a metro ride from the Duomo and other sights. The Wifi worked well and the espresso machine was great!

Arriving just after dark was a bit daunting. The outside of the building looks a bit bleak. The three corners surrounding it have a boarded up, vacant building, a concrete 1960s building covered with graffiti, and a prison. As a lone female traveller, I was a bit apprehensive. However, walking one block to the larger avenue, I realised that a neighbohood with a Ferrari/Maserati dealer was probably OK. In the daylight, once you get used to the ubiquitous graffiti in Milan, you realise it is OK.

I found the concept of these apartments very sophisticated. There is no personal contact with employees. All indications are provided by mail (including check-in, because door have a pin code). Spacious, very comfortable and well located: close to tram and metro. We can make all the meals in the apartment because we have kitcnette and there is supermarket not to far away.

Only thing to point out is that the superior part of apartment is warm in the summer (only a ceiling fan); but for us it was not a big problem.

Good location, good rooms. We have not seen staff at all, but all our requests have been answered quickly via e-mail. Хорошее месторасположение, хорошие комнаты. Персонала мы не видели вообще. Однако на все наши просьбы оперативно реагировали по электронной почте.

Air conditioner is located on the ground floor and it does not have enough power to cool down enough the room on the 2nd floor if outside temperature is over 30 degrees. Кондиционер находится только на 1 этаже и его мощности недостаточно чтобы поддерживать комфортную температуру в комнате на 2 этаже когда на улице температура выше 30 градусов.

The apartment was looking very nice, very clean, building is classic. Elena was helpful to getting us a taxi to the train station also arranged pick up for us eventhough the price is three times higher then getting a taxi. The pick up driver was very helpful who even gave us a map of the city and showed us the bus station, supermarket and interested place to visit. Which I believe should be provided and explained by the receptionist or the hotel manager. However, it never happened as the apartment has no reception at all.

First of all, no reception, no map provided, no any information can be found in the apartment about the city, if you are the first time visitor or from another non italian speaking country, don't choose this one please. Secondly, the A/C can only cool down the ground floor, if you are visiting in Summer, don't even think about using the upper floor for cooking or even watching TV, the cool air will never get into the upper floor Thirdly, I had to call the manager to arrange a taxi which costed me 4 NZ dollars about 3 Euro which shouldn't cost me anything if there was a reception for guests Fourth, I wanted to pay by Cash but they had already charged my credit card without asking me first. Fifth, I will visit Milan for shopping but will never come back to this hotel, the location is not super at all, I had to walk 15 min to take Tram to the center, if you want to shopping,you better choose somewhere is close to the center or you won't have the strength to walk back. Last but not least, the door lock is very complicated, no explaination either and you have to work it out yourself or you might have to take everything with you to go out.

We had a great stay in Milan. The unit was perfect for a place to sleep and to have coffee and a few snacks in the fridge. Probably the safest neighborhood in the city. One block from the #50 bus. With all of the great places to eat within walking distance who would want to cook? But the grocery store was right around the corner. The staff was just a phone call away.

Every thing was state of the art and brand new. I had to read the manual to figure out the stove.

Room well design, leaving roon with tv sofa, kitchen with proper coffe machine and kitchen equipement to cook yourself, Modern and quality decorating.

New concept, the staff of the hotel are only in on your request, you can contact the friendly staff by phone. Nothing else than your bed room.

Unos apartamentos de diseño muy acogedores. Ubicados en una buena zona de milan cerca del centro. Apesar de no contar con recepcion antes de la llegada se pusieron en contacto con nosotros y nos dieron todas las indicaciones necesarias. Si volviera por milan sin duda volvería a estos apartamentos.

Самое интересное началось с того, что отель возле тюрьмы которую выдали только соответствующие стены и ворота! Но этот факт никак не испортил отдых, даже наоборот, звездообразный вид тюрьмы помогал ориентироваться по карте. Кухонный набор в номере удобный и комфортный, кофе машина очень порадовала! Широкие ЖК тв с русскими каналами. Очень культурный вход в отель со своим двориком.

Жаль, во внутренний двор прохода нет, он только для местных. Третья кровать не для хорошого сна.

Ездили с мужем в качестве молодоженов, прилетели в аэропорт Мальпенса, оттуда за 30 минут на экспрессе до вокзала Кадорна (с человека 11 евро), от Кадорны одна остановка на метро до Conciliazione и 5 минут пешком до отеля. Потом мы правда всегда ходили до Sant'Ambrodio и Sant'Agostino. Нам все очень понравилось, в том числе, то что мы были сами по себе, не привязаны к отелю, для самостоятельных путешестников это очень удобно, неродалеку есть супермаркеты. До дуомо минут 15-20 пешком прогулочным шагом. В номере всегда было чисто, убирали каждый день, есть все необходимое для проживания, кроме фена (девушки меня поймут), на кухне полный набор всего на все случаи жизни, отличный wi-fi. Всем остались довольны.

Не всегда хватало дневного света в номере, так как в двухуровневых аппартаментах одно окно.

Чисто.комфортно.полностью оборудованная кухня,каждый день обновляли запасы кофе и сахара, уборка тоже каждый день. Расположение удобное.

По близости нет продуктовых магазинов и всего один ресторан.

1. Сама идея двухуровневого номера (правда, по моему лучше было бы расположить спальню на верхнем уровне). 2. Неплохое расположение. Недалеко от центра и тихо

1. Сомнительная схема встречи гостей. Отсутствие рецепции. Вам сообщают номер комнаты, которая к вашему приезду будет открыта. В нашем случае номер они перепутали и мы простояли под закрытой дверью полчаса, потратив кучу денег на разговоры с персоналом по сотовому. 2. Не лучшее соотношение цена/качество.

Ambienti non grandissimi ma molto molto accoglienti, arredati in stile moderno e con gusto , completo di accessori e comfort , Pulizia impeccabile...Voto finale OTTIMO

Ottima fusione tra design e confort, le suite sono curate in ogni dettaglio, dalla pulizia alle attenzioni per gli ospiti (bottiglia d'acqua, tea, caffè,biscotti, 2 tv lcd..) la reception online poi rende il soggiorno più libero, sembra davvero di avere casa in centro a Milano.La posizione è ottima, si raggiunge piazza duomo in 5min di metro Eventualmente c'è un park(a pagamento) a 50mt dall'appartamento.

La déco et l'espace

L'addresse donée par booking.com n'est pas précise, il est indiqué "Magenta" ce qui a provoqué que le taxi m'aie couté 150eur.

Mi è piaciuto molto lo stile moderno semplice e lineare del duplex.
