Soggiorno Sunny offers good-value accommodation in the centre of Rome in a friendly, residential area just 1 metro stop away from Termini Station. This hotel is set on the fourth floor of an ancient building, which has a typical, Roman style and a small garden. Your room is complete with a TV and air conditioning. The highlight of Soggiorno Sunny is definitely its location. In the area you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafés. The metro takes you to the Coliseum in just 5 minutes. You are so close to Termini Station, where you can connect to the other metro line, catch a local bus, or take the coach or train to the 2 international airports. There is nothing likeable in this hotel. Nobody should use this so-called hotel: it is full of bedbugs eating you all night. The stuff just does not care, they put new customers to the infected rooms right away. There is no cleaning, the beds were made not once, the rooms are dirty and stay like that during your visit. The stuff is unpolite, rude, and ignorant, do not wait them to answer your greetings for example (as far as you feel like greeting). They do not speak any international language, not even pidgin English, so it is no use complaining. We paid for a triple room and got a room for two but we did not get any money back. We even contacted the police because of the hotel but the police in Italy speaks only Italian, for sure. A lousy horrible and expensive experience with all the poisoning and doctor's bills afterwards.

We had the freedom of having our own keys to the building to let ourselves in and out as we pleased. The location was perfect, a few minutes walk from Roma Termini train station making getting around Rome a lot easier. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the rooms were always clean, and any little problems we had were quickly rectified (hair-dryer not working, some more sugar for tea) For the price you pay, I can't see anything worth complaining about.

The staff was very nice and willing to help. The cleaning was very good. It was a comfy place to stay. Yao was a great girl to talk to, and always worried about us enjoying the trip. She deserves congrats for her attention. Thank you much Yao!! We were missing some tea and sugar some times. But everything else was fine.

Very good location - within 5 mins walking distance from Termini station, nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, good sound isolation, air conditioning, tv, budget variant for travellers, not bad for the value. Payment on check in, rather old furniture, sheets and towels, my friend says she was bitten by bedbugs.

It's only 10 min walk away from Termini Station, very easy to find. The room is basic but clean, and the staff is friendly. A little noisy at night.

The staff on the reception tried insistent to pay cash and not with credit card as to they doesn’t pay the visa fee. Smell on bathroom (no good ventilation). Not quite clean. Noisy room. Very hard to find it (no any clear indicator or label). Apparent cheap but the report price/performance is no good.

The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from Termini station, and also very well connected through the bus shuttle service with the whole city. I would highly recommend it to travellers who do not care much about accomodation, for us it was just enough to be clean and close to the city centre

Handy to Rome terminus Hard to find the hotel (dont make the mistake of looklng for a hotel sign with the hotel name - look for the big sign at one of the intersections with the street number advertised on it ). No breakfast included either , which was a bit of a let down considering the price .

Elegant room on top floor of old palace type residence with high ceilings etc. Room relatively new with nice design, lots of marble and comfortable beds Not far from train station but in wrong direction from historical area and into a bit seedy industrial area. No daily towel serice and not always hot water. The only place where I was charged 5% for using a credit card
