In a 19th-century building, the Quirinale is a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. This historic hotel is connected to Rome Opera House through a passageway in its leafy courtyard.

Antica Locanda offers comfortable accommodation and a traditional restaurant and pizzeria, on a typical Roman street in the heart of the historic center, one metro stop from Termini Station.
Score from 354 reviews Very good
quiet@private with food and drink close by.staff very friendly.
location near the termini station where the airport bus stopped (5 minutes walk), plenty of shops and restaurants there (even sell halal meat). City tour bus stopped near by. Although the room was small but clean and tidy.
internet connection is needed as it become very important these days.
If you are looking for a hotel on a budget then consider this one. Ideally situated about 5 minutes from the main station and with lots of decent restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The hotel is actually on the top floor of an old apartment block (as are many other budget hotels) so you need to check where you are going as your taxi driver won't know the hotel. The lift is a little challenging for more than 2 people but the rooms were clean (inc the shower) and the staff were helpful. No catering facilities but a quick walk up the road and you can sit outside the nearest bar, have a cappuccino and a pastry for £2.50. Same at night - loads of decent restaurants at reasonable prices. We managed to walk to the Vatican and back from here over the course of a day, stopping off as we wished, so most of the major tourist spots are within walking distance of the averagely mobile person if you are happy to take your time. Would go back.
Would have liked coffee making opportunity in the room - even though it's so good and cheap just down the road.
location it had air conditioning
very noisy, couldn't sleep at night
The staff is friendly and informative, the rooms are clean with air conditioning. Close to the train station - 8 min walking, where you find all the transportation you need to visit Rome. Lots of places in the close vecinity to eat for a decent price. Is a really good place for the money.
Good value for price. Just decent not expensive room.
The potter didn't work and some of the power supplies.
Everything in the room was good. The bed was so comfy that i dont even feel like waking up.
Outside the building was quiet at night but i always try to get back before sunset as some street sleepers will stay out at the banch.
I stayed in a room on Via Palestro (the new building) which is 3 minutes away from Termini station, there are many restaurants and two supermarkets around. It takes around 25 minutes to get to Colosseum or Spanish Steps walking.
There was a big problem with ants in the room, the remotes especially for air conditioner were filthy, and the shower wasn't that clean either. The shower head was broken and half of the stream was going around the cabin. And the air conditioner was a waterfall, water was leaking through it every day in a big stream and making a puddle of water in the room. I stayed 12 days but I can't tell if there was any room service because the receptionist said on the first day that the room service was till 9 P.M. but after a few days she denied it and changed the time to until 12 P.M. , at least I was provided with clean towels. The bed wasn't comfortable at all, and there was no English channels on the TV. Sorgio Sunny should think about getting cards for their customers like other hostels and hotels located in the building because opening the front door with the key was a nightmare !
- nice, clean room with balcony - friendly receptionist (we could print our tickets for other places) - nice neighbourhood near to the railway station and metro
- no wifi connection
-Location is very convenient for travellers (2 blocks from Termini station), but is on the "far side" of the station, meaning you have to walk a few blocks back in order to be in the Centro Storico (more restaurants and sights). Still, definitely worth it! -Nice view out room of city -Spacious, clean room. Very simple.
Slightly out of the way, in a less interesting area (few restaurants, etc) but still I felt safe walking around in the neighborhood, and it was only 5-10 minutes more to walk back towards the center.
clean and comfortable room, the lacation is close to many tourism sights, provided free map, the staff is nice
Price, pizzeria in the hotel's building
No wifi, dirty streets & smell because of homeless people (hotel located near the termini station)
very bright and clean rooms, close to railway and metro stations
lot of power sockets are broken, shower facilities should be replaced
good staff good location good room condition
The hotel was situated on the fourth floor in an old Roman building. The view from our room was beautiful. The staff were very helpful and courtious.
Very close to Roma Termini, metro station and buses, walking distance to Colosseo (on Cavour), and pretty much everything else. Also shuttle buses from and to the airport at Roma Termini are a big +
Danielle at the reception was very helpful and polite.
Very close to termini and friendly area.Helpful stuff and clean rooms..!
We have a very nice trip in Roma, the hotel is very close to Termini station. Staff (Daniela) is a very nice person and everything in hotel is OK.
This little hotel is nicely located in Rome, near the center and close to both the main railway station and an underground entrance. My room was very tidy and clean, yet full of space. A very large bed, a large shower, everything was very nice. Awesome value for money! Staff was pretty kind as well.
