The hotel was very well maintained, nicely furnished and exceptionally clean. We were happy to discover that the walls were thick and the hotel was well separated from street noise. The cleaning maids did their job quietly as well which made it possible for us to have a good sleep till noon. The heating did not work during the first night because the staff forgot to set it up in the system. The breakfast buffet was virtually non-existent, in fact the worst I have seen in my life. Sour coffee, overdone crossaints and not much more. Fortunately food in the neighbourhood made up for this. Traffic jams make commuting exhausting, but its everywhere the same in Rome. |

Bediening was erg onpersoonlijk in het restaurant, bij de receptie kon er geen vriendelijk woord van af. Karig ontbijt. 2 eigen flesjes water stonden in de minibar, daardoor werd de sleutel van de minibar ingenomen. |

ho apprezzato che mi abbiamo rifatto la camera anche se l'abbiamo lasciata alle 13!! il posto è lontano dal centro e bisogna avere un po' di pazienza per aspettare l'autobus.. |

Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente...consiglio a tutti; ottimo ambiente, la colazione lascia a desiderare, ma, recupera e supera alla grande da altri punti di vista; staff sempre disponibile e socievole con il cliente. Internet lento, rumori dalle tubazioni del bagno, idromassaggio non funzionante, parcheggio ridotto. In definitiva: valutazione positiva: 85%; negativa: 10%; 5%: se ci sono o non ci sono, non fanno una notevole differenza dato il prezzo accessibilissimo. |

Lo straordinario rapporto qualità/prezzo e la pulizia La scortesia dell'addetto alla reception quando ho effettuato il check in (era tardissimo e voleva che attendessi 20 minuti prima di restituirmi la carta d'identità necessaria per la registrazione; quando gli ho fatto notare che poteva fotocopiarla e rendermela subito lo ha fatto sospirando come se si trattasse di un sopruso, e non di una logicissima cortesia da parte sua dovuta). |

La cortesia del personale Via cilento non è facilmente individuabile dai navigatori. Sarebbe opportuno migliorare le indicazioni sulla via Nomentana. Tuttavia le indicazioni telefoniche del personale (Maurizio?) sono state chiare e tempestive. Potrebbe essere migliorato il riscaldamento delle camere. |

La verdad es q no me ha gustado nada del hotel. Los recepcionistas son muy maleducados, las camas incomodísimas, habitación grande y una TV ridícula. Lo único bueno del hotel es que tiene parking incluido en el precio y aún así tampoco es una ventaja xq se puede dejar el coche en la calle y está igual de vigilado. El desayuno es una auténtica miseria, si quieres un café medio decente te cobran 3,50. Nada de fruta y nada salado. Bollería malísima y pan fresco, además de mermelada y mantequilla, los zumos malísimos.Me retuvieron el dinero de la tarjeta 10 días, además de haber pagado en efectivo al salir del hotel. Está fatal comunicado con el centro de Roma y además la zona no es nada segura de noche |
