Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good

Little far from metro...but 2 bus stops near by.

Quite easily (from direction Siena) reached by car and free parking as it is in a residential area. Reaching the city centre was relatively easy, take bus nr. 90 to termini station (25 min) busstop is near the hotel. Make sure to remember where to get out in case you come back when its dark. Above mentioned made it actually a very good hotel, as prices are quite low due to distance to city centre, but 'only 25 minutes' away from centre compared to other not-in-city-centre-hotels this was really a short distance. Breakfast was OK, quite a lot of choice and good coffee. The music played in the breakfast room was a little disturbing, but that is hardly something to complain about... There are shops, restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood.

I can imagine that finding a parking spot near the hotel can be quite challenged, we didn't have any problem though.

It's a nice hotel, clean and quiet. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is okay, a bit repetitive for who's staying there 8 days (like us), but really 4 stars. The cook is always careful with hotel's customers. The rooms are every day clean. Location is about 7 km from center of city but you have good buses ( 60 and 90). Transport in Rom is not a pleasure, traffic is horrible and you have to be very careful with your belongs. Special thanks to Signora Stefania (manager of hotel I think) who help us a lot. She's always ready to make your stay at Sunrise comfortable. Ask about her if you have any kind of problem ! I highly recommend this hotel if the room price is reasonable and you have no problem to overnight a bit away from Rom's sightseeing.

In the Sunrise Hotel are some rooms with broken doors or without windows. If you are unlucky, and we was first 4 nights, you may get this kind of room. I booked 2 weeks earlier and I payed normal price (none special offer or discount) and I got a room without windows and the door was impossible to close up. The director of hotel offered us a second room. It was okay, but also with broken door. After 4 bad nights we got a very nice room with a functional door-knob. We paid the same price for a bad room or for a very good room ! I think they have to stop to offer these rooms before they fix the doors or to make a big discount for them. Except that, I have only good reviews about Sunrise Hotel.

I don't know why this hotel doesn't have better score on booking.com! Everything was just great:the staff,the room,the bed,the bathroom,and the breakfast-awesome!!! I recommend it to everyone!

Very clean and good standard in the room. Nice and helpful staff. A bit far from the centre, but easy to get back and forth with buses.

If we had not gotten it at a very reduced price, the room would have been grossly overpriced.

No cleaning of the moquette ; air conditioning broken

La posizione dell'hotel per le nostre esigenze e i relativi collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici.

L'armadio della camera (119) e il lavello del bagno erano troppo piccoli. L'assenza di attaccapanni esterni in camera e in bagno. La moquette è macchiata. Prima colazione: ho richiesto senza successo della frutta cotta (prugne). Le briosce erano numerose e assortite ma senza l'opporftuna indicazione del contenuto (marmellata, crema, cioccolata, miele, vuote).

Hotel personeli yardımcı ve güler yüzlü. Hotel'in 200 metre ilerisinde ana terminale giden otobüs (90) kalkıyor. Ulaşım iyi. Kahvaltı ve otel temizliği fena degildi.

Otel fiyat değişimizi çok fazla. On gün önce rezerve ettik, iki günlüğüne 280 Euro verdik. Çıktığımız gün kalsaydık 160 Euro ödeyecektim.

Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire, une terrasse pour fumer avec un café, des chambres spacieuses, des bus tout près qui vont rapidement jusqu'au centre. un coffre pour mettre les objets de valeur, wi fi , ascenseur, bref tout était formidable et les gens très serviables

Le confort du lit (qualité de la literie impeccable!), sinon calme, tranquillité, avec une mention particulière pour le serveur du petit déjeuner!

Wij vonden alles perfect, het is alleen jammer dat het toch ver van het centrum ligt, vooral als je van de overvolle bussen gebruik moet maken.

Hotel zag er goed uit. Kamers waren keurig schoon. Receptiemedewerkers gaven goede informatie betr. het openbaar vervoer, het werd zelfs keurig uitgeprint met de vermelding van de bus en/of metrolijnen. Prima ontbijt. Ligging buiten het drukke centrum en wij vonden dat erg prettig. Leuk uitzicht vanaf dakterras.

Bedden heel erg hard. Taxi naar vliegveld Champino laten regelen door receptie erg duur (60 euro). Bij uitchecken moesten we eerst betalen voordat we de rekening kregen en daarna bleek dat er een bedrag opstond voor gebruik uit de bar op de kamer, terwijl we niets gebruikt hadden. Uiteindelijk na veel moeite wel opgelost.
