I arrived after a long exhausting day and long delays at the airport at 2am - frazzled, tired and confused. The staff were calm, helpful, gave me a cup of tea and made me feel a lot better straight away. The building is old and the rooms could eventually benefit from a fresh coat of paint - but everything was clean. Good size room and good size bathroom. No wifi, which could be a problem for longer (business) stays. Breakfast a bit basic, but when I arrived at the breakfast room and gasped: "Coffee!!" I was given - with much laughter - a large mug with very good coffee. |

This was the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff, in particular the ever-present and ever-smiling receptionist, were helpful in all sorts of ways. The hotel is situated far enough away from Milan centre to be quiet and peaceful yet close enough for easy access (it is right beside a No. 5 tram-stop that goes direct to Centrale station). Nearby are a lot of restaurants and bars. |

la disponibilità sulla possibilità di prorogare il soggiorno sulla parola la sporcizia dei tappeti al fianco dei letti,i muri con l intonaco che cadeva a pezzi,il televisore troppo alto e senza televideo |

obsluga starala sie byc pomocna jego lokalizacja, najpierw trzeba dojechac 2 liniami metra a potem pieszo isc 15 minut, po calodniowym zwiedzaniu nie jest to przyjemne, pozatym w ciagu dnia hotel jest niezauwazalny (nieoznakowany)i bez numeru domu prawie niesposob tam trafic, dopiero wieczorem wlacza sie maly neon. Ulica obok jezdzi tramwaj, dosc glosno. Sniadanie skromne. |
