Hotel Susa  

Clean modern room with absolutely no signs or smell of smoking - Wow! So great for oversmoking Italia. Quiet location at the Citta' Studi away from tourist crowds with beautiful young girls at the streets. But still at walking distance from Milano Centrale railway station and the Duomo (about 2 km from both). I used public transport the first day but found walking at the streets is more interesting to see the native life of Milano (even strikes, but peaceful) and the journeys to and from the hotel last not much longer. Good breakfast, good capuccino, eat and drink as much as you want. Rich free minibar - snacks, sweets, water and even wine. Efficient staff. Free high speed stable Wi-Fi internet connection. Good bed. The shower is with bath and a jacuzzi function. Lots of good supermarkets and restaurants nearby, all of them are better than average in Milano. Feel yourself like at home in Milano.

It's a clean, small, modern and nicely furnished hotel. We had a double room with a super large and very comfortable bed!

A bit pricey!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, bit outside ouf city center but with good public transport facilities (20 min by bus to down town). Quiet area. Good value for money. Very nice family owned restaurant La Mongolfiera just across the street with excellent cuisine.

The Receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly,which immediately made the hotel feel relaxing and welcoming. The contents of the mini- fridge was free - including small bottles of champagne! Very attentive staff made the stay a very pleasant experience.

The double room was very small given the high price, although well equipped. Noisy aircon. The area is a little remote - no metro nearby, but there is a bus into the centre.

Higher starred hotels should learn from this small hotel what is the service a frequent traveller would like to receive! I even got celiac safe food for my breakfast... Thankyou.

The rooms are very nice with very good bathroom. Also the mini bar is included in the price.

I have to admit that everything was much further than I could expect: in fact, I found a cosy and clean hotel which provided facilities one can find in higher level's structures only. Just to mention some, the cleanliness of the room and the common parts (they can be compared to german's standards), the free minibar, the good breakfast's choice, the free wi fi connection and a very friendly and helpful staff who really make you feel at home: they definitely know the meaning of term "hospitality", and they consequently pamper their guests. Location was good as well, with no metro but well served by buses, both to the center and to central station. It worths every Euro you pay. Needless to say, I'd strongly recommend it.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima struttura, moderna e pultissima. Servizio efficiente. Ottima la colazione. Zona tranquilla e con diversi locali disponibili nelle vicinanze.

Albergo recentemente ristrutturato , bagno grande , molto pulito , frigo bar gratuito,ottimo buffet breakfast

La camera matrimoniale un po' stretta ma va considerato che e' un tre stelle in zona semicentrale

Sólo tengo palabras de agradecimiento para todos y cada uno de los miembros del hotel. Han hecho que mi estancia en Milán haya sido más fácil en todos los sentidos. La atención es excepcional, al igual que la limpieza y el confort. El desayuno varía todos los días. No he utilizado el gimnasio pero es completísimo. Las habitaciones están bien insonorizadas y, a pesar de estar el hotel lleno, no se oye al resto de los huespedes. Está a 40 minutos andando del D'uomo, pero tiene una parada de autobús a 10 m. y el suburbano a 5 minutos. Una elección perfecta. No dudó en recomendarlo fervientemente.
