Hotel Svizzero  

A lovely hotel family run, very nicely decorated.

Great and cozy place with very friendly staff. Very nice outdoor jacuzzi with a view of the Alps.

Very nice and romantic atmosphere. Style is kept all the way down to the smallest detail. Very friendly and helpful service - especially reception personnel. Close to city centre. Very good food and wine selection for dinner. Free internet access.

Far, far too expensive to pay extra 15 euros pr. Person/pr. Day for getting access to spa facilities.

1. Location, which was close to town centre and short walk to ski lift. 2. Friendliness of staff

1. Paper-thin walls, ceilings and floors. A very noisy hotel - I could hear everything going on in adjoining rooms. People knocking on doors could be heard very clearly. 2. Indolent bar staff. You got a drink when they were ready to serve you. 3. A bowl of soup and 4 prawns is not a proper evening meal. Ate in the hotel only once as a result. 4. Little or no variety at breakfast. 5. Any number of very small lights in the bedroom but none of them bright enough to read by. Same thing in the main bar area. 6. WC unit in bedroom was crammed into a gap next to the shower unit. Had to sit at 45 degrees to use it.

The hotel was very easy to find, with such a friendly welcome when we got there. It is decorated in an Alpine style, which made it feel so cosy and homely, especially when we came in after skiing to sit by the fire. All five of us (3 teenagers inc) felt it was the most perfect way to start Christmas, and can't wait to have a return trip. Thank you Svizzero x

E' una costruzione fantastica tutta in legno vecchissimo quindi tutto naturale, cosa che noi amiamo moltissimo.

L'accueil du patron, sa gentillesse et ses bons conseils. Le style et la déco vieux chalet, chaleureux et propre. Le calme et la literie.

La télé trop petite et éloignée du lit. Le petit déjeuner pas vraiment à la hauteur.

colazione non adeguata, carente (es. brioche non fresche, uova rivoltate fredde, ecc); menu cucina limitato e mediocre ; riscaldamento funzionante solo alla presenza degli ospiti .

Mysigt hotell. Bra läge nära liftar. Mycket varm atmosfär.

otroligt dålig kock i restauranten. middagarna var inte bra. spa delen ganska rörig.

- Personeel ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam - grappige inrichting; uitstekende 'woonkamer' - goede locatie tov van ski piste en dorpje - er zit een wellness ding bij; niet geprobeerd maar zag er prima uit.

- Bedden te kort voor lange Nederlanders! - douche in de badkamer was onhandig in onze 3 persoons kamer....nadat 3 mensen hadden gedouched hadden we elke keer een enorm waterballet.

Struttura molto confortevole e di charme, ben curata anche nei minimi dettagli con particolare attenzione all'ecosostenibilità

Colazione scadente e non all'altezza della struttura, ci si aspetterebbero prodotti locali e biologici di qualità invece sembra di fare colazione in una pensione di città. Il servizio navetta lascia un po' a desiderare

Il minibar era vuoto, non c'era neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua. La porta della stanza non si poteva chiudere a chiave, stanza 208 (bastava una spinta per aprire la porta senza la chiave). Il bagno turco e la sauna non erano disponibile per lavori ma non era specificato nella descrizione dell'albergo, e sinceramente la possibilità di usufruire di certi servizi mi ha spinto a scegliere questo albergo, per questo voto meno meno meno.

Molto carino. Tutto in legno molto caratteristico. Per un week end romantico e' l'ideale.. L'unica pecca e' che ho prenotato la camera superior guardando la foto su booking e poi la stanza era grande la metà ma il prezzo e' rimasto lo stesso.. Conunque l'hotel e' bellissimo curato nei particolari e merita il soggiorno almeno una volta vista la calda accoglienza della struttura.

La fumée de cheminéé à l acceuil ,à envailli tous le séjour et le couloir des chambre.de plus ns sommes allès pour se détendre dans le spa et le sonna mais se n était pas en service , donc il aurait du indiqué et réduir le prix de la chambre

L'accoglienza , i particolari interni, il confort, e l'arredamento unico e caratteristico. La conduzione e la gentilezza dei titolari che con discrezione, eleganza e buona educazione, riescono a metterti a tuo agio fecendoti quasi sentire a casa tua.

La battuta potrebbe essere " il prezzo " , ma resta come battuta perchè penso che nessuno dica che è contento del prezzo.

Ottima posizione, camere accoglienti e complete di ogni confort, staff gentile e sempre presente. proprietari gentili, appassionati di montagna e molto attenti alle richieste dei clienti. nessuna difficoltà per garage, orari notturni, deposito bagaglio. veramente consigliabile a tutti.

Situé au bord d'une route très passante qui mène au Mont Blanc ! Accueil très contrasté : les anciens gérants devenus âgés continuent de travailler à la réception, lépouse reste encore vive et chaleureuse, mais son époux serait mieux à se reposer chez lui... Equipement de l'hôtel rustique, mais confortable. Chien tariffé 10€, mais très mal accueilli (le père surveillait qu'il ne fasse de pipi sur sa pelouse !!!). pdj : jus de fruits en conserve, le nôtre était tellemnt passé qu'il a manqué nous explosé au visage : il était devenu pétillant ! et le serveur de mettre le tort sur le dos de la chaleur ambiente... Mieux vaut trouver un hôtel à Cogne, plus joli et mieux situé. Si vous avez le choix, allez ailleurs...
