    Great location. Quiet area. Food available at stay if you get hungry. Host recommended great places to see.

    The room was very comfortable, clean and big. It was furnished in classic Venetian style which made the atmosphere very special, especially cause we did not expect anything from a hostel. We, me and a friend of mine, stayed in a private room and shared the bathroom with others. It was super clean every time we entered it and thus it felt like we had our own bathroom anyway. Even tho it said that breakfast was not included, the woman working there was so kind to offer us something to eat and we could also take some coffee and juice as well. In fact, we felt like we are staying at a friends place. The prize of the room was compared to other hostels/hotels around Venice not just fair, but very good. Thank you very much, and I definitely will come back!

    1) Does a receptionist charge money for calling him in the morning 6 am? Yes, we can see such kind of people only at Sweet Home, Venice. I would have been happy if the staff has charged me after giving me a room for early check-in. Just for calling him in the morning he charged me 20 Euros which is the worst part and created a bad impression 2) It was a shared bathroom and it is the staff responsibility to maintain that. The lady was so rude just because there was some water in the bathroom. Common we haven't come so far to maintain your apartment. She could have just told in a good manners and is that the way they treat tourists? Lastly, it is because of the staff that I didn't like this apartment and they've spoiled our mood and holiday in Venice.

    They had a fan in the room which was useful as we couldn't seem to get the air-con unit to be anything other than 28 degrees!

    The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, when we got there the lady seemed annoyed we hadn't got there till 5pm when the check in time actually said 2-7 The room was on the 4th floor and was hot

    It was easy to find and central

    When we checked in, although we had guaranteed by credit card, we were asked to pay cash. The lady who took our money, could not give change and also did not provide a receipt, despite our repeated request. We found this very suspicious. The door to our room did not lock from the inside. We had to stack chairs by the door, to stop people from being able to enter the room while we slept. We had booked a triple room, but the single bed was so uncomfortable that we had to sleep three in a double bed. It was inclusive of breakfast, however breakfast consisted of a prepackaged croissant and Nescafe in plastic cups.

    Shared bathroom was kept clean -- A wet floor was cleaned overnight. --Clean enough it was hard to tell there were others using the bathroom. ---A disconnected sink pipe was repaired in just a few hours. +++++ Beautiful, spacious room. Gilded mirror gorgeous chandelier.

    No Air conditioning (AC) Hot and humid the 3 days we were there. Miserable. Cooler outside than in the room --- not fun at all! ---- The presence or absence of the AC was not addressed in the ad. It was a surprise to us that there was no AC Be careful -It was miserable ++++++ Room service only emptied the garbage. We were expected to use the same towels all 3 days - (Unless we took them to the office in a different building) ++++++ Towels are air dried. Had an odor of sitting too long before getting dried. ++++ Wish the gorgeous chandelier had been a ceiling fan. ---Did have an oscillating fan in the room. (Inadequate to do much)

    It was a good location for a fair price.

    The place was a little too dodgy and the staff had bad attitude. We were not given the same location as the one provided in the pictures and it was more like a guesthouse. Prepare to carry your luggage up 4 flight of stairs without any lift.

    The position is good.

    It is so hard to find this hotel. No internet, the organization of the hotel is really orderless and the attitude of the staff is really awful. Never change towels or clean your room during your stay.

    nice stuff, even draw a map for us! make sure you check with the hotel if you can not arrive in time, or no one is gonna to open the door for you. in the morning, you can use the kitchen to have a quick breakfast.

    quite hard to find if this is your first trip to Venice. It took us nearly 2.5 hours to find it with the help of N people.

    Manager was very helpful and nice, complimentary croissants were a plus.

    Shared bathroom was very poorly maintained (no pressure), blankets were dusty, stuffy room.. No aircon... Lots of mosquitoes.

    The room and bed is enough large

    Firstly, the hotel didn't reply my emails before I came to the hotel to require the transport and the direction from airport to the hotel, I spent a lot time in finding the hotel. Secondly, my room is close to the street, so noisy during the night. A lot mosquito in the room, lights not working, no trash bins. No wifi access to phone, only a small computer shared by all guests on the common room.

    for almost 100 euro a night i expect a clean room and not the hairs on the bed from the last guest and no dust under the bed . this hotel is not good for a family trip.

    Big room and for Venice, not a bad price (I've stayed in some horror houses). We went to Sweet home but we were staying a 3 minute walk away in a different building. I read some people complaining about this but the effort level out of 10 is about a 2....maybe a 4 if you've over-packed. Comfortable beds, some tea and coffee etc but the location is the best part. Near everything and honestly, who could go wrong with Venice! Oh and there are 4 different doors so no need to worry about security. Would stay again.

    The courtyard outside can be a little loud but most of Venice echoes at night. Warmer water for the shower would have been nice but it could have been the guy who took at 30 minute shower! Don't have much else to say. OH, bring mosquito sprays and a plug-in.

    The host is incredibly helpful! He picked us up from the train station and walked up to the hotel all the way long. He introduced tourist attraction to us in great detail and answered all the questions. Finally, we would not have caught the train without his generous help!!

    Good location, low price, friendly and helpful staff.

    Water leaks from the heater, no blanket, wet sheet, no Wifi. The worst is, our money was LOST even though we've locked all the doors and windows.

    The situation of the hostel is very nice, close to the lagune, and saint marc place, it's quiet and with a great neighboor.

    Check in late is difficult, we must pay a taxe, but not that expensive.

    location, nice area big room, stuff explain and suggest places around.

    bathroom cleanliness was poor (you have to share it with at least 4 more rooms, toilet paper finished quickly), the room is not in the same location, the floor and furniture sounds when you walk. Check-in is after 14:00 but they don't have a reception to receive your bags before. You have to call in advance if you need an earlier check-in.

    The staff member, Nenad, was very friendly and helpful. He gave tips about the transportation, food, and sites. We would have been lost without his knowledge.

    Extremely dishonest. They informed me that the distance from the station to the hotel was only 20 minutes by walking, but it took almost an hour to find the hotel (following them instructions). Thus charged me 20 euros more per arrive after 19 hours (a few minutes), which was not informed by booking.com. Then, there is nobody to serve guests, the facilities are old and we were without access to the bathroom for almost 5 hours due to a problem at the door (and there was nobody to even receive a complaint). Terrible hotel, terrible staff, dishonest act in bad faith, bad location, bad experience.
