Very close to the station in a safe area. The sign is small but you can call and they will guide you. Excellent host Giovanny and Bruno. Clean room and bathroom. Not fancy, but very clean. Same building as Hotel California. Nice little restaurant below, with good food and service. Would stay there again if in Termini Station.
It's a nice simple and clean place to stay. The staff is superb!!!
The hotel is near terminal station easy to move. Very friendly & helpfull the people at the hotel, whatever you need they will help you!
- close to termini - friendly and helpful staff - close to super markets and restaurants
- poor wifi
Great location; Within walking distance to major tourist attractions.
No parking space available for guests; Generally, do not drive and park in Rome proper.
The staff is helpful and it's quite although near the train station.
The room is really small, the bathroom too.
Strategic place, about 5 min walk from rom termini station. quite friendly stuff, keep remind us to be aware of pick pocket around station.
The owner Bruno was an excellent person who helped us and guided us to various places in Rome.
Franco and his team was the perfect host. Room and bathroom was clean and wifi was good. The hotel is walking distance from the termini and also near the main attractions i.e. colosseum etc.
The hotel is on the first floor (lobby being level 0) and there's a lift. The staff gave us good directions to the attractions. The hotel is about 5-7mins walk from the station.
The room facing the road may be a little noisy. The pillows were a little flat and there was one day when the heaters didn't work because they just changed to a new heater the day before. It delayed our schedule waiting for the repairman, but the staff made sure the heating worked before we went out.
*Staff and quality of service - Bruno, Franco and staff are fantastic hosts. Welcoming and ever helpful, they endeavour to make their guests stay in Rome, as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. * Cleanliness - Room I stayed in was spacious and spotless.
* I stayed in the room immediately outside the front desk, which perhaps needs better sound-proofing.
We really enjoyed our stay at sweet home hotel. Bruno and his dad were so nice and extremely helpful. The staffs were very efficient in helping us with our additional needs for the bedroom. I have nothing bad to say about this place and would highly recommend it to anyone who is planning their trip to Rome and looking for a place to stay. The location is so convienient. With the price they offer, everything is perfect! 5 stars service I have to say. It is truly a 'Sweet Home'!!
I have nothing bad to say about this lovely place!
Very helpful staff, always ready to help. Marvelous localisation very close to Termini Station. Comfortable bed.
Nothing to complain about.
Great Location and Excellent Staff.
convenient location, great internet, very nice manager
Franco, Bruno and staff were great! Franco gave us an excellent suggestion for a 1 day walking tour of Rome. He was a tour guide for 40 yrs. I had some trouble with my Colleseum tickets and Bruno fixed it right up. Room and bath were a good size and bed was good enough. 5 min walk from Termini station. Safe neighborhood.
someone smoking in the hallway and they don't have good airflow through it up on the 2nd floor. wifi was not great unless we opened the door but it was adequate unless wanted to make a wifi call. Opened the door and had no problem.
We stayed in a room for 4 adults heading out to port to a cruise. We arrived much earlier from our flight than check in time. We were welcomed, they put our luggage in storage. Everything is very secure. The area is busy & interesting, close to main train station. Staff is great, clean homey place. Bathroom fixtures were new.
Had a nice warm welcome from Bruno (owner) when we arrived in Rome after a long flight. The Hotel was very clean and in a great location, two short blocks from Termini station. Bruno and Franco provided maps and great recommendations from airport taxi to buses and train svc and restaurants. Anything we needed they provided immediately. And the price was just right! Thanks for a great stay!
Staff were so friendly and helpful at Sweet Home, offering advice for things to do and how to get there and more than happy to hold bags for you. All speak perfect English. Rooms were spotless with fresh towels and beds made every day. All facilities were in good order.
Decor was dated but honestly not a problem at all
Near train station and there is a good resto outside this hotel.
The hotel is only minutes away from the train station making the location brilliant! There are numerous restaurants surrounding the hotel, serving good food and brilliantly priced! The staff; Bruno and Franco were amazing! They immediately told us all the hot spots to visit and were very accommodating! We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it for others...
The location is great, just 300 meters from Termini Station. You can easily go to Vaticano and Colosseum by metro. There are good restaurants just next the hotel, Elettra is one of them, worth the visit.
The shower didn't work properly.
the location is excellent and the staff are amazing
the rooms are too small and near to each other
Does what it says on the tin - excellent location, clean, really friendly and helpful staff, good night's sleep. So easy. It was exactly what they said it was, and it felt very safe all the time. Perfect base for a short trip to Rome.
Look, it's not the Hilton, but we didn't want to pay for the Hilton. I don't see the point in complaining about the fact that it didn't have a view of the Colisseum (which, by the way, was a fifteen minute walk away).
Accessibility when passing through Roma Termini cannot be bettered. Good eating right outside too.
Room was snug, borderline too compact. A little more sitting in comfort space is always welcome.
Staying with Franco and Bruno was like staying at an old friends house. Walking distance to everything! Very clean and safe enviornment. Absolutely loved it!
No mini bar or microwave but I got past it.
