Clean and modern. Staff efficient. Must have a car unless your son lives nearby as does mine. Very quiet at night. Nice pizza restaurant. We ate there twice in our four-night stay. Low water pressure in the shower and slow drain so had to walk through cold water to exit.

Great place to spend a weekend - nice pool, nice rooms, great food. Good location between Vicenca and Bassano del grappo. The church bells - every half hour and hour : very noise bells !

I loved this hotel! It's very stylish and clean. It was great that they have two Restaurants on site. The pizza was outstanding. I love the staff; they are all very friendly and go out of their way to please you. They had happy hour every evening with free goodies and drinks. They had homemade cookies always sitting out in the reception area. My friend asked could she buy some and the next thing I know, they had made all three of us cookie gift bags to go! So sweet!! The hotel has central air which is great. It is the perfect location from Nove, less than 5 km which is why my friends and I went there-- for the fabulous ceramic shopping. Sweet Hotel is sweet!! Nothing negative, all positive!

Comfort. Hotel has 2 restaurants (both closed on Mondays) and there's a 3rd just across the street (open also on Mondays), so plenty of choice. Although hotel has free wifi, it didn't work in my room, only in the lobby.

Beautiful hotel, very conveniently located to the ceramics town of Nove. The hotel is modern and very clean, with two restaurants on site. We ate at the brasserie and had great pizzas as well as German beer on tap. Reasonable prices. The wifi is a bit patchy, but it is free throughout the hotel including rooms.

This is the best hotel ever - value for money and staff all extremely helpful. Couldn't believe the wonderful breakfast and free cocktails at 5pm. Travelled with son aged 10 and felt right at home. Didn't want to leave and extended our stay which was a great idea. Will definitely come back next time in Europe. Alittle slice of paradise, and a real surprise.

The staff at the hotel was impeccable. They assisted my wife and infant child at all times. The restaurant was terrific and the cable/wifi was beyond expectation. The breakfast buffet was perfect and any issue I had was immediately handled by the ownership. I would recommend this hotel to everybody If your business is in Vicenza you will likely have a 30 minute commute in the morning/afternoon.

Gutes Frühstück, große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, nette Mitarbeiter, sehr sauber und ordentlich, eine durchgehend geöffnete Brasserie (Pizza und Dolci waren sehr lecker) und ein Restaurant zusätzlich, reichlich Parkplätze, Hotel war gut zu finden Nicht alle Zimmer verfügen über einen Kleiderschrank, z.B. das Zimmer 206 hat auf Grund des Design nur eine offene Kleiderstange es gab keinen zusätzlichen Schrank oder Kommode für Kleidung. Sehr ungünstig wenn man mehrere Nächte dort verbringt. Wir bekamen dann ein anderes Zimmer Nr. 210, dieses verfügte über einen Schrank, dafür war das Badezimmer und das Zimmer sehr klein. Im Bereich des Kleiderschrankes ist es sehr dunkel, etwas mehr Licht im gesamtem Zimmer wäre nicht schlecht. Wir mußten die Klimaanlage sehr hoch einstellen damit das Zimmer warm war. Beim Verlassen des Zimmers ging die Anlage aus, wenn man den ganzen Tag nicht im Zimmer war, hat es sehr lange gedauert bis es warm wurde. Es konnte nicht in allen Zimmern Fernsehen anderer Länder empfangen werden. Wer etwas Lärm empfindlich ist sollte sich kein Zimmer zur Straße geben lassen, da jede Stunde die Kirchuhr schläg, auch nachts.
