Everything look really good when we arrived. We even got some breakfast coupons from Sandro.
-the second day the shower was suddenly not working anymore.
-the maid just throw away the cloths when she was washing the bedsheets.
The worst thing: In the last night 23h, we realized that something was smelling really, really bad in our room. We then saw, that the wastewater was coming out from the shower. We called and texted Sandro several times, sending him pictures of the bathroom being flooded. He never reacted. So we told him to be there early next morning.
He arrived quite angry and when he looked at it, he immediately told us that it was our fault, that we had thrown things into the toilet. We explained him that we didn’t do that and that his reaction was very harsh. He didn’t want us to talk about it, because the other customers could hear us.
Thinking about how he acted in the bathroom, it wasn't the first time that it happened.
When we told him that we don’t want to pay the whole prize because of the inconveniences (we didn't sleep until 3am) and that he didn’t come right away, he just said that he offered us breakfast in the first place and that it was a really nice gesture from him. We have to pay the whole price he repeatedly say. No discussions. He insisted that it was our fault. He then talked to a lady from booking and told her that we broke the shower.
Long story short, Don’t go there! It’s a nice place, but got utterly bad service. It doesn’t deserve the name „service“. Don't take the break-fast coupons, it's seems to be his trick to hold you quiet.
It is a nice looking place right in the centre. I only write that, because I have to fill in at least 160 signs.
