Huge beautiful room. Great value. Fine old building, Excellently restored. Terrific location in a wonderful historic spa town

Nice and spacious room, very quiet hotel and perfect location in the city center, with the possibility of parking the car directly in front of the hotel (they provide you a card for the parking).

Charming hotel in a small piazza. Excellently maintained. Free parking right out front. Spacious room. Good breakfast in a delightful room with historical diggings right next to it. We loved the city of Acqui Terme as well.....great restaurants, shops and people watching!

The staff were really friendly and efficient. The hotel a 'palazzio' was beautiful and situated in the old part of Acqui Terme. It was very central. We believe we were upgraded as it was not very crowded and we had an amazingly spacious suite! We were given a parking card from the hotel and were able to park in the square just by the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice - including a cake which I had to sample the second day (although do not normally eat cake for breakfast) and it was divine!

It was simply a most beautiful building in a lovely Italian Piazza. The room we had was magnificent, a suite in fact. The interest the Management took in the building and its history back to Roman Times was illuminating. I would highly recommend it.

The fact that they cannot get a drinks licence to be able to serve meals in a fantastic underground cave setting, and that is all down to daft Italian bureacracy. Acqui Terme is missing out on a jewel. They do have a bar though.

Absolutely comfortable and spacious roooms. Nice town. We enjoyed our stay here . Excellent choice.

A little difficult to find.

We loved this wonderful little hotel. The rooms were bigger and more palatial than we expected and the friendly staff made us feel very welcome. There's even a surprise in the lowest cellar - but you'll have to go there yourself to find out what it is!

Arredamento,ampi spazi,silenzioso pur essendo nel centro storico,ottima colazione e presentazione,buona accoglienza ed informazioni

Purtroppo è scomodo il parcheggio non a pagamento un pò distante ma per noi che amiamo camminare non è stato così disagevole, l'albergo può dare solo 6 pass per gli ospiti, ma per caricare e scaricare si può entrare nella piazza

Hotel molto tranquillo e silenzioso, stanze confortevoli e spaziose arredate in modo classico ed elegante! Buffet della colazione completo di tutto!! Pulizia impeccabile e personale gentile! Consiglio a tutti!

Antico edificio dal piacevolle charme; ogni camera è quindi diversa e piacevole, almeno la nostra con un totale di 6 finestre! Colazione adeguata, conduzione familiare cui non si richiede alta professionalità. Posizione centrale e parcheggio autorizzato davanti.

Piccoli particolari: chiave per il rientro notturno attaccata al pesante mazzo camera; televisore con ancora doppio telecomandio;

Troppa luce dalle finestre e non si può dormire agevolmente

Posizione (pieno centro storico), colazione ottima, personale gentile, pulizia accurata.

Letto scomodissimo con spalliere laterali in legno piu' alte del materasso, calderina del riscaldamento in salotto, mancanza di ascensore.

Splendida la posizione a pochi passi dal centro storico e direttamente nel quartiere degli artisti. Staff gentile e, su richiesta, pronto a proporti ristoranti(validi!) o attività da svolgere ad Acqui Terme. Buona la colazione.

Il wii-fii potrebbe essere esteso fino alle camere e non solo negli spazi comuni.

Gli arredi e la valorizzazione dell'edificio sono fantastici La.colazione e' molto ricca e fanno attenzione a regimi nutrizionali particolari tipo allergia a latte e derivati,celiachia etc

Ottima posizione bellissimo edificio del 1400 con aaredamento in stile e lussuoso ,molto silenzioso,personale molto cordiale e premuroso. Ottimo buffet prima colazione. La stanza assegnatami era era una mini suite ampia e confortevole.
