Beautiful new, clean hotel. Huge room with view. Desk staff were friendly and efficient. We arrived at 9:25 for breakfast that was open from 8-10. We found the hallway lights off and the staff cleaning up from large group. It seemed we were not too welcome, and were seated at a used table. We were however, able to eat, but not the best atmosphere or service. We also found the location quite a way up the hillside and a little hard to find. We were glad to have a car. |

E' un ottimo hotel,totalmente ristrutturato,con ampio parcheggio.Buona la pulizia delle camere.Ottima l'aria condizionata non centralizzata,ma con comandi locali.Superottima la tv con I canali SKY.Posso classificarlo sicuramente come un 4 stelle.E' Posizionato circa ad 1 Km dal porticciolo di Marina Marciana,raggiungibile a piedi(senza spostare la macchina). Di negativo posso dire soltanto circa la ristorazione.Non per la qualità del cibo,ma per la quantità.Ne danno col contagocce.Puoi scegliere la frutta o il dolce,entrambi no!!!i I camerieri non sono il massimo della cortesia.Le bibite,devono essere pagate a parte,cosa non specificata al momento della prenotazione.Non era scritto nella descrizione dei servizi. |

Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de ontbijtzaal op de bergen en de zee aan de andere kant. In het hotel logeren vrijwel alleen Italianen; ik vond de sfeer hierdoor super Italiaans! Het diner was zeer uitgebreid en van goede kwaliteit. Lopend is het op 10 minuten afstand van het gezellige haventje van Marciana Marina. Mooi zwembad, rustige ligging, erg ontspannen verblijf. Het personeel in de eetzaal sprak nauwelijks engels (begrijpelijk, omdat er vrijwel alleen Italianen logeren). De dames bij de receptie waren niet altijd even vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als je met de bus vanuit Portoferraio komt, moet je nog een stuk lopen naar het hotel (met je bagage). |

staff premuroso e professionale. Ottima pulizia camere e cambio biancheria giornaliera. vasta varietà di scelta per l'ottimo cibo, ben presentato. Molto carente la colazione, scarsa per qualità. |
