It was not planned trip, just needed to stay overnight, but what a positive surprise! Hotel was compact and comfy, with swimming poll and very close to the promenade and restaurants. But what's the most special about the hotel - special feeling!

I did like the breakfasts and the staff in the restaurant, Brazilian receptionist and pool. I didn´t like the way the "free internet" is organized. To "bather" very busy receptionist all the time to get one hour access - this is not the free internet as I know it from all around the world. Also - the quality of the connection is extremely poor, so sometimes I spent half an hour from that one hour just waiting. This was really a disaster. I also didn´t like another thing - I purchased 4 single beds for adults - the reality in the hotel was one double bed and one metallic bunk-bed for little kids.

Excellent motivated and friendly staff welcomed us with a glass of water and asked for our needs. Reception staff is fluent in English (which is not a given in Italy). Breakfast buffet very much up to luxury standard. Nice pool. Overall, a good price quality ratio. Location a bit a way from the main action on Elba, a rental car is essential. Tiled floors and bathroom condition make it a bit more 3 1/2 star than 4 star.

The location in Marina Marciana was excellent for superb shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were good: clean swimming pool, good breakfast (we did not have any other meals there), and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. We were offered drinks when arrived and as we had to leave early in the morning, before breakfast, they've still made whatever coffee we wanted, gave us a big bottle of water for the road.. Buffet breakfast was lovely. Maybe just the fact that there's not enough place around swimming pool, you have to get there early to get a good spot.

Situato a 500 mt effettivi dal centro e dalla spiaggia di marcina marina, e' un hotel di categoria superiore con personale gentile e disponibile, ampio pacheggio, abbastanza grande la piscina (che pero' era vuota al momento del nostro soggiorno). Unico neo l'insonorizzazione della stanza.

Molto sobria ed elegante l'architettura dell'edificio. Cortesia da parte del personale.Ottima la prima colazione E' vero che la stagione è appena iniziata, ma se il salone al secondo piano fosse stato pulito e reso agibile l'immagine dell'hotel ne avrebbe guadagnato.

Diciamo che 4 stelle per quest'albergo sono eccessive,ma nel complesso il giudizio è positivo. Il personale è gentile e le camere discrete anche se abbastanza datate. La colazione è buona e la posizione è interessante. Ci si può andare senza aspettarsi cose eccelse.

Das sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossene Serviceteam. Immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt. Der Blick vom Frühstücksraum über die ganze Bucht von Marciana Marina ist morgens schon ein Genuß.

De gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid van het hotelpersoneel. We werden ontvangen met een drankje en de receptioniste (Rossanna) ging mee naar de kamer om eea uit te leggen. Er was gratis maar wel traagwerkend internet. Het ontbijt was werkelijk uitstekend, heel veel keus. Marco achter de bar maakte het ook nog extra gezellig. De loopafstand naar het strand was redelijk een kleine tien minuten.Kortom het was genieten.

Points positifs: piscine relativement grande, propreté des lieux. Points négtifs: personnel pas toujours agréable (excepté le directeur de l'hôtel), problèmes dans l'hotel: pas d'eau sur 2 jours et coupure de courant sur 1 jour, petit déjeuner moyen avec serveurs très peu serviables. A noter: beaucoup de "groupes" font des étapes dans cet hôtel: nuisances sonores inévitables...

Ottimi la cortesia del personale, la qualità e la varietà della prima colazione. Buoni il ristorante interno e la pulizia. Buono complessivamente il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Facile e comodo l'accesso con l'auto. In caso di vacanze in famiglia, con figli, le camere assegnate sono matrimoniali con letto aggiunto (se due figli, letto a castello), quindi troppo piccole. L'edilizia e l'arredo sono ordinari e non meriterebbero le quattro stelle.
