Tancau Village Beach & Resort  

The location was ruggedly beautiful, stunning views, close to beach, village, restaurants and small supermarket. The staff were really informative and tried to help with any interests we had - there was fishing nearby and when we had a difficulty with our hire car they dealt with it all in Italian for us. The apartments were immaculate, private and very well maintained. The pool was beautiful and there were free bikes for us to use - we went 20km on them with no trouble - south of the resort is flat terrain, north is very hilly! Lots of places to explore either beaches or mountains. Excellent value for money. I would say you need a car to get the most from the area. The sea was very warm in October.

We were on honeymoon & wanted a quiet relaxing location. Complex location was excellent. 2 min walk to great beach. 10 mins walk to town centre. Fabulous pool & complex. Staff extremely helpful & spoke very good English plus free bike use. Free we-fi for duration of stay. Looking forward to our next visit!

Overall very nice resort - very well managed with first class staff.

Quiet location "in the middle of nowhere" but still close to everything. Only 300 meters from the sea, walking distance to the next little village and 6 km by car from a bigger city with life. Perfect place for families with their great pool. Well equipped kitchen if you wish to cook (but plenty of restaurants nearby, as well). It's an appartement complex so there is no cleaning every day, but there is a broom if you need. Perfect place to have a peaceful relaxing time, with a great owner looking out for your every wish.

The staff is very friendly and likes to socialize with the guests. Wifi is free of charge everywhere however works best near the pool area.The swimmingpool is excelent, child friendly and very large. The complex is close to the beach and an excelent pizzeria (Il Gabbinano).Other restaurants and supermarkets can be found in St. Maria Navarese a little further than walking distance.

Great location, close to beach. Clean, big pool. The territory is well kept. We had beautiful views from our balcony to the mountains and field with sheep. Quiet place, even croaking frogs by the pool at night added some rustic atmosphere. Digital tv with main Italian and Sardinia channels.

Poor kitchen utensils. No teakettle. Mosquitoes. Arrival by 7 P.M., otherwise no one at the reception. No armchairs inside or sofas.

great staff!!! very friendly and helpful!!! very nice place to stay in, clean and good location. just a few minutes walking from the beach. We had villa next to the swimming pool, so could swim any time. there is nice city not far from the hotel with excellent restaurants. we did enjoy our staying in Sardinia!!!

Very friendly staff, nice location

The owner is extremely friendly and ready to help you with anything. We spent 4 nights there and were happy for this choice furthermore we would recommend this place for all the families with kids. There is a big clean pool area with sunbeds and the beach is just 5 minutes walking distance. Even it was a beginning of May, the hotel was prepared for a season and there were few minor activities carried all around but they were not disturbing. The surrounding is quiet and you can certainly find there a place to relax, moreover a very nice mountains view is "available" at the place :) You can find restaurants and few shops in Santa Maria Navarrese which is 3km away. Worth seeing - 2000 year olive tree, nice marina.

The room was not cleaned during our stay but I would prefer to have it done daily. Hope the wifi problem is resolved during a season because it was not working during our stay.

Geweldig leuke locatie. Prima uitvalsbasis voor allerlei activiteiten zoals wandelen in de bergen, uitstappen langs de oostkust tot zalig uitrusten op het nabij gelegen strand van Tancau Beach. The place to be voor een meerdaags verblijf langs de oostkust.

Insgesamt eine schöne Anlage, die recht neu und gepflegt ist; sehr gute Lage (Nähe zum Meer & zum nächsten Ort sowie gute Erreichbarkeit diverser Strände und Wandermöglichkeiten); nächste Einkaufsmöglickeit ist bei Bedarf auch per Fahrrad oder zu Fuß erreichbar; Restaurants befinden sich in der direkten Umgebung; die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist zwar eher rudimentär aber ausreichend und absolut in Ordnung; die Reinigung bzw. das Wechseln der Handtücher und Bettlaken erfolgte alle vier Tage; sehr freundliche Ansprechpartner, die bei Fragen/Buchungen weiterhelfen und gerne gute Ausflugstipps geben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Eigentlich war alles super, nur Kleinigkeiten wäre anzumerken: wenn man gerne Kaffee trinkt, sollte man sich im Supermarkt einen größeren Espressokocher holen, diejenigen, die man im Zimmer vorfindet sind sehr klein. Außerdem wäre mehr/weiteres Reinigungsmaterial (Handfeger, Besen, Schwämme o.ä.) in einem Appartement sehr hilfreich
