La cura dell'ambiente. La mancanza delle lenzuola "all'italiana" anziché il piumino. Il collegamento a internet carente in camera (prendeva pochissimo). Alla colazione sarebbe gradito il self-service di latte e caffé e la presenza delle brioches per tutto I periodo della colazione.

Nagyon barátságos személyzet, kitűnő vacsora és reggeli választék, jól lehet parkolni, nagyon hangulatos hegyi falu. Tiszta levegő, gyönyörű hegyi környezet. Nehéz megtalálni, a főúton is lehetne jelölni, még a falu sincs feltüntetve, a szálloda meg egyáltalán nincs.Idegennek gyakorlatilag csak GPS-szel lehet megtalálni. Tartózkodásunk alatt a faluban valamilyen zenei fesztivál volt, emiatt késő estig a nagy ricsaj miatt nem lehetett elaludni.Az ember a nyugalom miatt keresi az ilyen helyet, jó lett volna ha fi- gyelmeztettek volna, keressünk más helyet.

Wir wurden immer sehr nett bedient, der Empfang war außerordentlich freundlich, die Atmosphäre im Hotel ganz familiär, sodaß wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Am bemerkenswertesten aber möchte ich die genießerische Qualität hervorheben, die ich in dieser Form in einem Hotelurlaub noch nicht erlebt habe: die Menüs am Abend waren abwechslungsreich, kreativ, von bester Qualität- wir waren begeistert! Hier ist ein leidenschaftlicher Koch am Werk! Auch das Frühstück möchte ich hervorheben, hier wird von dem üblichen Standardfrühstück der großen Hotels abgewichen, die Produkte sind frisch und von wunderbarer Qualität. Chef und Chefin pflegen den persönlichen Kontakt zu ihren Gästen- man muß sich dort einfach Wohlfühlen! Wir hatten, da wir mit Hund unterwegs waren, eines der noch nicht renovierten Zimmer gebucht, was für uns so völlig in Ordnung war. Mein Tip für Reisende ist sich für ein moderneres Zimmer zu entscheiden.

La posizione permette di raggiungere diversi punti interessanti della val pusteria. L'hotel dispone di un bella terrazza accanto all'entrata, esteticamente curata nel dettaglio, ideale per rilassarsi e bere qualcosa. Colazione gradevole e ricercata, con prodotti di qualità. Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato al di sotto delle nostre aspettative. Camera: piccolissima, venduta come mansardata e vista sulle montagne, ma non c'era balcone solo una piccolissima finestrella sotto il soffitto. Letto scomodo e corto, inoltre in tutta la stanza c'era una sola presa di corrente ed era in bagno. In bagno niente bidet nè box doccia, niente phon non c'era finestra e nemmeno una ventola. Pulizia troppo sommaria: capelli polvere e regnatele. Centro benessere scarso (sauna piccola e poco altro).
