The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a good variety of foods for breakfast and the view was great from the breakfast terrace. The bathroom was very small with old fashioned fittings. When you washed your face in the wash hand basin the floor was covered in water. The water in the shower did not heat quickly. You could not move in the shower it was so small. But the bedroom itself even though facing the busy main street was fine and quiet as there is a black-out roller blind outside the window. Also the towels although very clean were old and not white anymore. They should be replaced. |

Great location. Friendly attentive staff. Extensive freshly prepared breakfast on roof terrace with stunning view of Etna. Some street noise on Saturday night, although we were offered a room at the back which would have been quieter. |

Staff were great. Location of hotel. Room was spotless. Staff made you feel "at home" - greeted with a welcome drink of our choice, helpful throughout stay, internet was available free. Very intimate setting - hotel has only 9 rooms. Showers and bathroom vanity need upgrade. |

Perfect location on the main street, close to large public parking facilities. Very friendly staff, always ready to give good advise on f.e. restaurants, beaches, excursions etc. Cosy and small-scale atmosphere. Breakfast is very well cared for and served on a roof terrace with stunning views on Toarmina, the sea and mnt Etna. We requested a room not facing the main street and we did not have problems with noise. Room did not have good ventilating facilities (other than opening the window). This made the room a bit damp. |

It was located right in the middle of the busy street so close to most everything. It was clean and the people at the desk were plesant. The elevator started on the second floor. The room was a bit on the small side and the bath was old, small and cramped. |

We were a group of 8. We loved the hotel and the location is great. The service was very friendly and helpfull. I have recommended the hoetl to 3x groups of people from South Africa. Very difficult to get the suitcases up to the hotel as you cannot drive into the town centre. This may be a problem for older people. |

The extremely helpful staff, discount on nearby car parking, location in the centre of town and the quiet pleasant breakfast area on the terrace on the 4th floor with adequate foodstuffs and again extremely pleasant and welcoming staff. No all was very good or excellent. |

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. The location was just what we wanted. It was in walking distance of shopping, restaurants and sights. The quaintness of the hotel, which was recently refurbished, was always a delight to return to in the evening. We could see Mt Etna from our window, as well from the terrace where breakfast was served. Since it is located right on the main street, noise would be a factor in the peak season. |

Giulia who served breakfast was wonderful, food was lovely & fresh, room was comfortable with a great view. Before we arrived we were told there was renovations going on & were given a discount as compensation. The renovations did not affect us but the discount was appreciated. |

Stilvolle, sehr gepflegte Einrichtung der Zimmer...netter Service...zentrale Lage, direkt auf dem Corso. Das Bad war etwas eng, die Zimmer sind nicht sehr geräumig, aber es handelt sich auch um ein altes, traditionelles Haus! |
