Right across from Sorrento Harbour, the Marina Piccola 73 is just 215 yards from Sorrento’s main square Piazza Tasso. The rooms are elegant and decorated with pastel colors. Free Wi-Fi is available.

It is close to Tasso Square. Clean rooms We were lucky because we were given a room with colortheraphy and it was quiet. Marianna-the receptionist- was very helpful.
Great staff. Good recommendations. Excellent location
We were 7 people of 3 generations of family from 11-70. The apartment was convenient for all ages, well supplied with kitchen items, lovely towels, washer on site. It allowed us to have great family time in the LR/kitchen area when we weren't site seeing. I highly recommed this apartment.
We booked 3 apartments and although when we booked we only expected one with balcony, but were pleasantly surprised when all 3 had balconies and were adjoining, we found all apartments modern, clean and the location couldn't be better.
The location was very central. The staff whilst they were nice enough, they did not solve any of our problems or meet our requests.
The walls are so thin that you will hear everything in adjoining rooms - undisciplined children, scrapping furniture from above all through the night. Downstairs a bar plays very loud music into the night on several nights per week. Whilst it advertised clean once per week, there was no equipment to clean it yourself - no broom, cloths, cleaning products. There was no access to laundry facilities to wash towels etc. The kitchenette was poorly equipped - no dinner plates, 2 forks, 2 knives, 1 spoon. The patio is unusable - hot air from air con units, no privacy and no outlook. We would not recommend anyone stays here.
This place has everything going for it. Location is right in the middle of town. You can walk to the beach and to the train station, great restaurants and wonderful shopping surrounds you. The staff is extremely helpful. The room was large with a kitchenette and small patio. Perfect!
Except... it was obvious that the toilet wasn't working before we arrived but they gave us the room anyway. It didn't work from the beginning. First it sprayed water all over the bathroom and all over us (you couldn't escape it!) then never flushed. They promised to fix it every day but 3 days later we still didn't have a toilet. If you could be guaranteed a working toilet, this place would be fantastic.
Very central. The staff were very helpful.
Rather noisy in street side appartment. Showers didn't seem to drain away quick enough while showering.
The location was excellent for trains and buses to other locations ie Pompeii. Well placed for restaurants and bars etc in the evening. Staff very pleasant.
The first night was dreadful, constant noise throughout the night from the bar downstairs, road and a bin collection at 3am. Do not accept a room facing the front and the road., we were eventually changed to an alternative much smaller apartment, but it was quiet!! Shower was clogged and smelly.
Location was fantastic
Wifi wasn't very strong
Spacious apartment for two people. Equipped kitchen, large terrace.
Sound - windows doesn't block the sounds from the street - noisy street from early morning till late evening. In addition (at least in the 4th floor apartment) you can hear people from upstairs walking, talking.. The pipes are not insulated at all so you can hear water running from above.. All of it in the bedroom so as in the living room.
Location brilliant as it is so central. The apartment was well furnished and clean. Beds were very comfortable and with efficient shutter system we slept very well. Staff tried to oblige but were not able to overcome a few issues.
Description of the room did not match booking confirmation. It stated that it had a furnished balcony. It had no balcony and receptionist I spoke with said it was only "a general description" and that we could not be moved as they were full. It also stated that it had Sky but his did not work. The young male receptionist tried very hard to put it right but was unable to do so. I cannot faault his attitude and effort. We had already spent the 2 previous nights with our family in an apartment in the same block. This was for 6 - 2 bathrooms, the furnished balcony atc and i think it caost the same. This was booked directly via Tasso Suites whikst the second to which I have refered my disappointments was booked via Booking.com
The Tasso suites itself is full, so they move us to another apartment which was very nice. The staff is helpful and nice though there was problems on making payment through their credit card machine, but finally figured out.
They have fast wifi
The place looks great in pictures , but there's bugs crawling all over it. We literally were catching them with cups on the floor. The staff was not friendly and could barely speak any English when you had a problem . When we first got to our room after a day of travelling we wanted to have a shower to find the shower drain was clogged . They came in and sprayed a bunch of chemicals with a terribly intense odour , and pretended like nothing was out of the ordinary.to make matters worse when we started packing up our things to leave I pulled out my passport wallet that I had left in the security safe in the room all week to grab some cash and I'm almost 100% sure I saw a bed bug in the wallet , I took what I needed from it and left it there. When we went to check out the sign said reception was working form 8 am on .we waited till nine only to be met by a janitor that didn't understand English or the checking out procedure . She finally called the manager , when I spoke to him on the phone and mentioned everything that I had been dealing with at his hotel he just hung up the phone on me . Please find another hotel we are completely creeped out and not sure if we have bed bugs or not. We have bug bites all over us. Don't be fool by the nice pic online.
We loved just everything! Very much recommend this place for other travelers. It is very new, clean, modern. Very close to port (Capri, Napoli, Ischia, Amalfi cost) and train station. A lot of restaurants around. Famous old city streets are 25 m away.
In case you have a car, parking in Sorrento will cost 25 euro per day.
These apartments are in a very good location, close to the little alleyways, train, shops, etc. the staff were very responsive with any request. Very clean, and above all excellent value for money. We had a studio suite, which had a small kitchen and a small balcony with table and chairs and portable cloths line. Cleverly partitioned off from building next door. Tip for lunch or dinner. Walk down the road toward the port about 200 m and you will pass the foreigners club. Go in and have a drink or feed and enjoy the view. Sensational! Not the greatest food or service but view makes up for this and it is inexpensive.
Only minor criticism was the facilities in the kitchen were bearly adequate to do any cooking. Insufficient utensils, but if we needed anything we asked and the staff would try to provide it. There was no iron, but I am sure if we asked it would have been provided.
VERY noisy, only one "receptionist" spoke enough English to be helpful. Many better places for same or less cost.
Apartments very comfortable, very large beds, good bathrooms, clean and very easy access to everywhere including the train station. Loved Sorrento.
Great location, spacious room with balcony, incredibly large breakfast at a nearby cafe, nice shower,
At first we had a bit of trouble with the A/C but they fixed it right away.
Location location location! Central to the town of Sorrento, without having to climb up any hills! An easy walk from the train station. Also, despite being on quite a busy street, it was very quiet inside the hotel. The staff was wonderful. One night the power went out, and the staff member came right away to fix it. Turned out there was a problem with the hot water heater, which was also fixed promptly. I was very happy with this location, and the price was good compared to others i had compared in this area.
If they had breakfast included, it would be the perfect hotel:)
This is the perfect location for accessing the great alleyways of shops and restaurants. Also within an easy walk of the train, buses to Positano, Amalfi and boats to Capri, Positano and Amalfi. The breakfast is a full English breakfast plus a croissant, juice and coffee or tea at a lovely restaurant on the main square. The patio outside our unit was large and very nice.
It can be a bit noisy on the street and the air conditioning had some issues.
Location was great for everything
Directions were not correct Long dark hair found on towel Toilet seat broken/loose Patio area needed some TLC Patio furniture needed replacing Max 50 seconds of hot water at a time in shower Shower leaked into hallway which meant I slipped and banged my head and injured my knee
Great room with modern furnishings. Comfortable beds. Modern bathroom (with crazy shower that has multi-coloured lighting). Excellent terrace with sun lounger and seating. Voucher for a good breakfast at a nearby cafe. Perfect location.
On a noisy road but the quality of the accommodation more than makes up for this only complaint.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Location could not be more central.
Shower is tiny. Wifi would drop off now and again.
Location was the best, so central to the main square and the port. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. We received vouchers for breakfast in a restaurant next door but no real choice. We received a croissant, eggs and toast, and tea/coffee.
Water in shower was cold but I think this was due to someone forgetting to turn it on.
The staff were great, the lift was useful with our big case to the third floor, the room was spacious as was the bathroom, it felt fresh, clean and modern compared to some of our other stays in Italy. The receptionist was helpful when I needed to contact another hotel and make arrangements, she spoke relatively good English
