The location and the staff at the hotel was wonderful along with the nice size rooms. The noise from the other guests could be heard very easily through the ceilings and the walls. |

The evening desk manager was wonderful. He offered advice, booked a car for us & made sure we had a light breakfast before our early morning departure. |

The hotel is situated in an ideal spot to explore Rome. Everything you could possibly want to see is in walking distance. There are also many restaurants surrounding the hotel so evening meals are never a problem. The staff at the hotel, particularly Paulo the concierge, were always friendly and helpful. |

Situation parfaite. Tous les principaux sites sont visitables à pied. Accueil et relations au quotidien avec le staff parlant français et anglais absolument excellentes. Au total, un superbe séjour. |

Kamer was zeer ruim, ik als alleenreizende was aangenaam verrast. Receptiemedewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en spraken bijna allen goed engels. Ontbijtbuffet was niet heel divers maar wel vers en voor ieder wat wils. |

La posizione praticamente al centro storico tra Campo dei Fiori e Piazza Navona a pochi passi dal Corso Vittorio Emanuele dove passano i mezzi pubblici per le altre zone storiche di Roma è stato sicuramente l'aspetto principale della scelta dell'Hotel che rispetta oltre la sufficienza le aspettative di comodità, accoglienze e disponibilità del personale. Se ritornerò a Roma sicuramente lo sceglierò nuovaemnte. Prima colazione con poca scelta ma comunque sufficiente. |

Une de nos valises égarée pendant un transfert, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la prévenance des réceptionnistes qui se sont proposés de téléphoner à notre place pour rechercher quotidiennement des informations à son sujet (jusqu'à sa livraison à l'hôtel, 4 jours plus tard). Le buffet est moyen (ex: les jus d'orange ne sont pas pressés). Le café est à déconseiller....lui préférer les cappuccini. Par contre les spécialités de pâtisserie sont délicieuses (tartes très bonnes). |

accueil.. Un mauvais matelas, des oreillers parfaitement inconfortables, l'abattant W.C mal fixé, la bonde la baignoire ne fonctionne pas,celui du lavabo ne vaut guère mieux... la vitre de la douche mal fixée, on met de l'eau partout c'est cher payé |

Sa position centrale, l'accueil du personnel(plusieurs parlent français), proximité des sites et des restaurants, confort des chambres. Une partie des chambres est sombre, le prix. |
