Attentiveness of front desk staff; value; quiet conditions; wonderful central location;
Um, slow elevator
The location is fantastic. Breakfast is delicious & plentiful. Staff are fantastic- thank you Paolo & Simone for all your help!
Can't think of anything.
Location was perfect. Walking distance to all atractions
Pretty Hard beds. Narrow stair case att annex
The location is fantastic - so close to Campo di Fiori and yet a quiet side street near to interesting shops and no all night noise. Breakfast in the ancient cellar which formed part of the original teatro.
Room was clean, functional but slightly dark. Lighter bedspread, pictures would have made it better - or maybe just less masculine ….
Great location Nice property great breakfast each morning rooms spacious
beds and pillows a bit uncomfortable main hotel was nicer than annex
Location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, but on a quiet side street. The staff was fantastic, extremely hopeful and gave great restaurant recommendations (we ate at 3 of the restaurants they recommended and all were great.
You have to log on to the WIFI every time you use it.
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the Hptel Teatro di Pompeio. You can't beat the location. It is near Navonna and dei Fiori, bus stops and taxi stands, and just a short walk across to Trastevere. The breakfast is one of the best we have had in our many trips to Italy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was big enough, and the bathroom was typical. We would definitely stay here again.
Great breakfast selection. Friendly, helpful staff. Unbeatable location.
Needs better mattresses but I am picky
By no means is this hotel located "in a quiet square". In our reservation for 4 nights we had insisted on getting a quiet room, as we sleep with window open - for fresh air. Every night we had hours of noise coming from the loud conversation of restaurant customers sitting outside, and once we were awakened at 3.30 a.m.by the loud and long conversation of restaurant staff standing in the middle of the square. Don't be misled by the pictures: they are flattering. In our bathroom there was lots of mould in the shower. They also charged us €2.50 for our online flight check-in. This hotel deserves less than a 3-star rating.
The location was excellent, never needed to get a taxi or bus anywhere, and the room was spacious.
The towels were so fluffy that fluff kept getting in our eyes and there was white fluff on EVERYTHING!
The location of this hotel is just off the Campos dei Fiori. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom modern, and the staff very friendly and helpful. All the attractions are a walk away. The hotel is charming and offers a wonderful breakfqst
Wifi can be tricky but it does work.
Great location near everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Good breakfast. Clean room.
The staircase leading to our room in the annexe was interesting at times. (3 doors to open and close to 50 steps some of which were narrow). Very small safe in the room. Very slow wifi in the room.
Best location ever!!!!
Pleasant, helpful staff. Good location close to Piazza Navonna, Campo Fiori, Pantheon.
Quite difficult to find at first - had to ask around a lot.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location in the historical city centre; many attractions within walking distance. Good breakfast.
Far to the metro (will improve when line c opens). WiFi too slow at times.
Great little hotel. Very well situated and with friendly, professional staff. A very happy stay.
The location was fantastic; from the hotel you can walk to all the main attractions. The only one you can't walk is the Vatican, however, public transport is available nearby. The receptionist was extremely helpful is providing maps and tips on how to get around. Breakfast was really good also and the staff cheerful
The wifi on the 3rd floor was a bit problematic.
Great location. Near to good restaurants. Walking distance from all the sites. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Also great coffee for breakfast.
This is a find in the middle of Rome near the Piazza Navona. Walking distance to historic district and wonderful cafes and restaurants located in a wonderful antique neighborhood. The hotel's Simone welcomes you and treats you with sincere appreciation as well as making sure you are perfectly comfortable. This is a true Roma experience. Full complementary breakfast and WI-FI that works! Chose this over the Via Veneto and made a truly wise decision.
The stay was too short and the fact that I didn't stay here on other trips to Rome
Great location. Character. Friendly people.
Expensive. Small room, rather dark. No curtain on curtain rail.
Very nice size room, good air conditioning, breakfast was good, bathroom and amenities was good. Great location but not easy to find on GPS. Need to get directions before. The staff very nice and helpful. I would rate it a very good.
The bed was very hard. The wifi was sporadic.
Clean, quiet, friendly staff and great location. All major sites, great restaurants and shopping within walkable distance.
Although the rooms are very clean and quiet, they could use a fresh lick of paint, updated bedspreads and art on the walls to make it feel more inviting.
Staff was very friendly, eager to please & the woman manning the front even made arrangements for the breakfast to open earlier because we needed an early taxi to the airport. Evening fellow at the desk even more helpful.
It was fine, I'm sure very good value for the location.
Breakfast was good - certainly for Italian hotels
Price-quality. We were put in a separate room from the hotel - they call is grandly the extension - but any old B&B is better. For 165 € per night, we expected a lot more.So if you book this hotel, make sure you get a room in the main building!
Our room was on the third floor of the Anne building. Very narrow stairs and no elevator. We had not been told that there as no elevator - very difficult. The price for this was too high. We were able to move to the main bldg. for our second night
