Hotel Regno is 650 ft from the Trevi Fountain. Toss a coin in the fountain if you want to come back to Rome, most likely to this superior 3-star hotel.

Just 215 yards from Campo de' Fiori square in the historic center of Rome, this charming B&B is housed in a 17th-century building with wood-beamed ceilings. The Pantheon is a 10-minute walk away.

The location and hotel style, not sophisticated but comfortable and friendly
not keen on breakfast in bedroom
the views an central location
-very close to Piazza Navona and all central sites -breakfast delivered to room, always to the minute of when requested -nice view over rooftops -helpful staff
The facilities could be modernised
The location of the hotel was excellent, close to Piazza Navona. Even in a lively area, the room was very quite and relaxing. The hotel was very romantic. Hotel staff was very kind and happy to help you
Probably the stairs you have to use, but it is part of the charming environment of the hotel. You have to have breakfast in the room and book the breakfast the day before.
The location The room with balcony Good sized room Friendly staff
Very helpful staff. They even organised me a car to the airport at the end of my stay. A quirky but wonderful hotel. Loved the stairs.
Excellent location, very central situation allowing a short walk to many attractions/sights. Breakfast served in your room on a tray, tasty and generous. Helpful and knowledgeable front desk.
Rooms small and dark. One of our rooms had a shower, one had a small bath with a handheld shower. Room at front of hotel are noisy as there are restaurants nearby and a bar right below. Late check-out wasn't available so we paid 110 euro to keep one of our rooms for an extra day, to allow us access to a toilet/shower and a cup of tea, before our evening flight, though we left before 5.30, so, not really late. But the room wasn't cleaned/replenished, so no towels/drinks were provided , rather defeating the object after a long day sightseeing. So we paid 110 euro to store our bags (which they will do for free) and pop to the loo! Not good value for money!
Extremely friendly and very helpful staff! Location couldn't be better. Hotel is absolutely charming. Beds are super comfy. Room was very clean - I did love the decor and the fact that I was on the top floor and had attic ceilings - totally worth the stairs (which get easier every day). I LOVED eating breakfast at my balcony overlooking a pretty courtyard and gorgeous sunshine-coloured buildings.
I hate that I don't know when I'll be able to go back again.
The shower in our room would not drain. We had to turn it off to soap our body and then turn it back on to rinse off. After asking the staff to take a look at it the bell hop came with a plunger and walked in while I was getting ready in the bathroom to plunge the shower. We found a MUCH NICER hotel a block away for only $20 a night. Would not recommend this hotel.
Staff were excellent. Location within easy walking distance to all the iconic tourist sites and surrounded by great neighborhood restaurants.
Small ground floor room smelled of raw sewage from toilets flushing on higher floors and plumbing pipes outside window. Same plumbing pipes sounded like water was gushing in the room (but it wasn't). Room had a window but there was a vertical tunnel outside so that you had to look straight up to see a bit of daylight 15 feet up.
Staff was very helpful in arranging transportation from the airport, checking in early, restuarant suggestions and touring information. We really enjoyed our two and a half days in Rome.
Location and great Wi-Fi
They kept my passport for checkin and gave back later. Lived in 4th floor without an elevator.
Breakfast (they do serve it in the bedroom)
There was no mobile signal for the phone
The place has character. I loved the view of lemon trees from my window. Very helpful staff and comfortable room.
The hotel was a bit hard to locate. The lack of an elevator would make it impossible for some of my friends.
I loved the room, well decorated good view of courtyards, very picturesque. Great location, very close to piazza Navona and was able to walk comfortably to the colosseum and surrounds. Loved that breakfast was served in my room.
My room was on the top floor which meant I had to climb the stairs as there was not lift, it was fine for me but others may struggle. They did carry my bags both up and down from my room.
Location,Location, Location. Very safe area where you could walk around at night - with lots of restaurants close by. Plus it's central location to major tourist sites (Pantheon,Navona Square,Treve Fountain,The Vatican made it easy to walk to. With help from the staff we went by bus to to the catacombs & via antica.
Right off Piazza Navona, walking distance to Tiber river, multitude of restaurants, Vatican, Spanish Steps, Pantheon.
No problems for me, but lack of elevator might be a problem for folks who have a hard time climbing stairs.
Wifi was good, the room was clean, breakfast was decent, location was excellent.
The room is very small with one closet only for hanging clothes. The toilets didn't work properly and the staff couldn't fix it. The shower is perhaps the smallest one in the universe (and no, we're not fat). Really no place inside, really small and with a mouldy rope inside?? The location is good, but for the price they charge the hotel could have had some better maintenance
Location, comfortable room
Helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast(impressed me!!!) Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and sights(for example,Pantheon) Very nice place to stay in Rome!!!
Wifi need to be improved
Great breakfast.Great location. Helpful staff, would recommend this hotel.
Stairs were a little challenging at first, got used to them.
Great location - Centro Storico!. Breakfast in the room as you like. Balcony and soul - not so quiet? - quite, quite in Rome's nights. The room - no any to missing you. Perfect staff, friendly and smile. Especially, looking for Rabia - cool guy and so much helpful, as well as so open-minded.
The time to leave Teatro Pace/Rome:)
