actually,i didn't like anything.first they give us a small room,with a very small and dirty bathroom,with broken bad and windows that didn't close well so was a windy in the room.i thought that maybe because we were romanian they was so rood to us.the secon day after we told them about it and we wanted money back so we can change the hotel they give us the room we have seen it on the net,clean and with a normal bathroom. |

My continental breakfast and staff are all friendly and wonderful especially Julio who help us a lot. water from the toilet bowl was a little bit overflowing and the bathroom does not have foot towel. |

The breakfast was quite good, including cheese, ham, mortadela, salame, capuccino, coffee, hot chocolate. This isn't very common for a simple hotel!!! The bed was quite annoying and wasn't very good, but it didn't bother us that much, as we didn't spend a lot of time in the bedroom!!! |

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. The location was not good for walking at night. The area around the hotel was very dirty. Not close to train station. Breakfast was not good. |

Walkable from main station. Very dodgy area with vagrants on the street. Breakfast was included but we missed out as there was no room, no food and no supervision. The dining room was a mess. Ok the place was busy but as I said, badly managed. |

Good, central location - could walk to many of the famous monuments within about half an hour. Handy too for central station (Termini), Staff very friendly, polite and helpful with good English. Breakfast basic but good quality. |

It was close to the city center and was cheaper than its peers. Walls are quite narrow and you can easily hear people at different rooms and the air conditioning cannot be set within the room but has to be asked from the receptonist (you cannot change the temperature level only choose to be on/off). However I really recommend this hotel! |

It is near the main train station (though not as near as it seems on the map), and near a lively area behind the station, on the other side of the tracks... The one thing regrettably missing was internet access in the hotel. |

Due to the fact that we had booked in advance we were able to get a good discount. Breakfast was included and was available for a good time. The hotel is very close to the station. It is modern and clean and the rooms are cleaned every day. Although we requested two single beds in our booking, we were given a double bed and were told that we had to make do with that for one night. This does not seem like a big deal, but we had requested this for a reason. So one of us had to sleep on the floor for the first night even though we had already paid for the room. |

good breakfast and good location near buses and train-metro there wasn't any kindness by the staff(three elderly men at the reception).they even didn't thank us by the time of checking out.they wanted us to pay the room by the time of check in.The air condition was central controlled(they never turn it on).The tv didn't have transmition and after the cleaning all the hotel smelt like dirty water and mood.Too noisy by the street and the other rooms. |

The room was small but nice. The shower was good and the bed comfortable. There was an LCD TV-screen in the room. The breakfast was not so bad. No croissant for breakfast. There were strange people between Termini station and the hotel. |

El personal era corresto y nos ayudo en todo lo que pudo con el problema que tuvimos en el tranasladod el aeropuerto al hotel A pesar de estar en la zona de la estación de Termini, estaba lejos de la misma. La habitación, que la anuciaban como cuadruple y nos la vendieron como tal, era en realidad una doble con cuatro camas, donde todos los muebles estaban muy justitos. |

Das Hotel war sehr gut zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof aus zu erreichen. Ca.10min zu Fuß. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Hotel ist ideal für Städtreisende. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung es war reichlich zu essen da und wurde auch immer nachgefüllt. Obwohl sehr viele Gäste da waren, war es überhaupt nicht laut. Die Zimmer waren auch schön warm. Die Fenster haben sich nicht ganz schließen lassen, hat uns aber nicht gestört, da es sowieso sehr warm im Zimmer war. |

Habitación limpia, cómoda, cuarto de baño muy completo. Personal bastante agradable. Nos contrataron un coche para que nos llevara al aeropuerto a buen precio. La calle del hotel es bastante cutre, pero dos manzanas más abajo, hacia la parada de metro de Manzoni, es totalmente otro mundo. El desayuno era bastante pobre, y ya muy temprano se habían acabado algunas cosas. |

Amabilidad del personal, limpieza, comodidad en las habitaciones. Es un hotel muy bonito y no le falta detalle. Cercano a la estacion principal de tren y cercano de dos paradas de metro. Cafe de maquina como en todos los hoteles y los alrededores son un poco siniestros. |
