Classique 3*** centre de Rome.

Chambre très petite !! le réceptionniste exige de payer la chambre avant le séjour et non lors du départ comme cela est mentionné sur le site . lorsque nous sommes arrivés , on nous a octroyé une chambre dans un grenier sans climatiseur avec une petit ventilo pour se rafraîchir !!! ce n est qu’après avoir exigé de changer cette chambre qu'on nous a donné une autre chambre se trouvant dans le bâtiment opposé avec un climatiseur qui fonctionne mais dont l'interrupteur se trouve à la réception !!! le petit déjeuner se résume en café lait pain beurre fromage et confiture avec des boissons colorées comme jus de fruits !!! l' hôtel n est pas très proche de la station Termini

I need to raise my huge disappointment here. Me and my wife (who's pregnant), booked this hotel based on the ranking 3 starts. When we reached there, the first surprise was the location: nothing around except the rail way + dodgy streets. Second surprise: the room. A tv that doesn't work and a window facing the rail way and avenue that would not let us sleep at all. Toilets were ok as long as you don’t exceed 1.4m tall. Third surprise: when we asked to change the room, we've been relocated to a room where the bed was 2 single beds with 1 very shaky that you feel you’re risking your life by just sleeping on it. Considering it was already 00.30am, I’ve decided to sleep on a double deck bed. That was without counting on the inexistent sound insulation: we could hear each and every breath of the room next door, and snoring of course. Again, sleeping was just impossible At the end, me and my wife, who I repeat is pregnant, went down a second time to complain this was not a 3 start hotel, probably more a motel and certainly not worth 70euros. As expected, no solution has been presented to us. We left the hotel at 1.30am in the hope of finding a room in a decent place (easy thing in Rome at this time…) we ended up paying another 100 or 110 euros the same night in another hotel. Is there any way a refund could be made on the first hotel? Best regards Stephane niemczyk

Very friendly, polite, relaxed staff. Traditional decoration. Good location. Quiet street. Good restauranst just 50 meters from the hotel. Nice reception.

A little bit cold during the night. Little bed. Simple breakfast and coffee.

Nothing!!!!!!!!!!

When we arrived there the hotel was dark and so old .There was no elevator for upstairs, so we had to carry our luggage from stairs on very bad condition. They asked for the cost of two nights in advance, even before check in .Receptions and staff were not welcome. When we faced with this situation we decided to leave for next day ,they asked us to cancel it through booking .com .We cancelled our second night but as soon as we showed our cancelation they refused to accept it .In overall they were so disrespectful .I will never ever go there .I don't know how they evaluate such a place as a three star hotel. You can not call this terrible place hotel.

no AC at the room

I liked the friendliness of the staff upon arrival, and the 24 hour reception enabled me to come in at any time during the night without feeling like I was disturbing other guests.

It would be good if breakfast finished at a later time, I miss ed it and this was unfortunate!

Location was pretty convenient - 25 minutes on foot to Collosseum! Also take into account that you have to pay for your stay at the check in, not check out.

1) It took us more then one hour to check in (the guy at the reception was terribly slow, though we were the only guests!) 2) The room was very small, not like it was described on the website, there was barely 10 cm between our bad and the wall 3) the walls were very thin, we could hear all the activities of our neighbours 4) the breakfast is limited to cheese, ham and bread, not quite continental :) 5) it smelled of ciggaretes everywhere!

Do atendimento de um funcionario somente, um senhor educadissimo e prestativo

Em compensacao um outro senhor foi extramamente indelicado , grosseiro e inconveniente, quando nos respondeu que se quissemos tomar cafe fora do horario estipulado, que procurassemos outro lugar....

Ciao , era la prima volta che prenotavo online , mi aspettavo qualche sorpresa ed invece come sono entrato in hotel sono stato ricevuto con cortesia e professionalità . Anche dopo aver liberato la stanza ho potuto lasciare per il pomeriggio il bagaglio in una stanza dedicata , e prima di dar loro il saluto ho potuto usufruire di un bagno per rinfrescarmi , non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio , certamente farò un'ottima pubblicità dell' Hotel Tempio di Pallade e complimenti a voi per aver scelto persone competenti nel settore alberghiero , grazie ancora e a presto , Fabio Giuriato ( Vigile del Fuoco di Rovigo ) .

L'ottima disponibilità alla reception

Ho notato che il personale di servizio (la mattina alla prima colazione) in particolare la donna sembrava fare il lavoro con arroganza se si può usare questo termine (sbatteva le sedie nel rimetterle a posto e anche le stoviglie) mostrava di lavorare controvoglia.
