Sa situation géographique est parfaite pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter Capri Ischia Procida Napoli le Vésuve etc. Le patron de l'hôtel est très proche de ses clients et n'hésitera pas à vous aider dans l'organisation de vos excursions.

L'hôtel peut ne pas convenir à ceux qui viennent en famille pour des vacances tranquilles, piscine-repos car la piscine ferme dès 17H et on peut vite s'ennuyer! Nous le conseillons pour des jeunes couples comme nous qui ne sont là que quelques jours et qui souhaitent surtout visiter!

The property is good, neat and clean. Rates competitively fair. Day and night managers were very accommodating as well as helpful. The access to the hotel is only by taxi. Pozzuoli is a Province on the subrubs of City of Naples. There is no direct or near about public transportation available rom Naples or Napoli City to the Hotel. There is no nearby restaurant. No shopping area. Sort of industrial location. Breakfast is included in the rate. At night the hotel restaurant opens at 7.30 p.m. and closes at 10.00 p.m. Bread slices and rolls were very hard to the point you can break your dentures. Noodles with salmon bits hardly passed through the throat without sipping water, wine or beverage. The restaurant owner is a nice person. Computer was available free of cost. Language is a problem for English or other foreign speaking guests. On complaining about exorbitant taxi charges the manager arranged with private taxi owner Antonio Velluso to charge the taxi fare to the hotel instead of collecting it from me. This was a bit of relief during the last two days of the stay. Hotel rate per night plus taxi fares paid in the morning and evening proved more expensive than staying in 4 star hotel in City of Naples or Napoli. Booking.com failed to provide hotel accommodation as requested near to the Mostra d'Oltremare WUF 6 Conference venue in western part of Naples in the Campania Region. They should compensate me for the taxi fares unreasonably and deceptively charged by the Taxi Drivers.

The access to the hotel is only by taxi. Pozzuoli is a Province on the subrubs of City of Naples. There is no direct or near about public transportation available. From Naples or Napoli City to the Hotel in the Province of Pozzuoli the rate of the taxi doubles. I paid Euro 40 from airport to hotel. Every morning to and fro Mostra d'Oltremare WUF 6 Conference venue in western part of Naples in the Campania Region I paid for each trip for 8 days rates varying between Euro 15 to Euro 70. Agreed amount or metered display price meant nothing to the Taxi-Drivers. On reaching either destination the agreed price is doubled. Taxi Drivers are cheaters and a fraud. On the last day from Metro Central Railway train to Airport the agreed rate was Euro 10 on arrival at the Airport the driver demanded Euro 30.00 and created a scene. I tried to give him Euro 10 bill he refused and started shouting in a threatening way. In self-defence I punched him in the nose. Crowd gathered for entertainment. I started shouting that he has no Taxi Licence. He rushed to the Taxi and drove off forgetting even to take Euro 10. My use of taxis was nothing but an ordeal for me as I could not draw cash from the ATM machines and banks. My all the three cards did not work. Banks stated they only deal with their customers. My daughter had to send the money via Western Union. 5 Western Unions could not access the account on online. Either they had no enough money (Euro 999.00) or stated trouble with Western Union in Italy and not Canada. Finally, I took control of the last Western Union Agent's computer and with the help of the agent I started filling in the online form. At last click APPROVAL displayed. Instead of inserting my full home address all of them were entering only the city name. Advise: Every time before boarding the Taxi take photo of the vehicle and taxi registration number of the taxi and of the Taxi Driver and the reading on the meter while embarking and disembarking.

i likeed being there although it was expensive to go by taxi but the staff are very welcoming and doing their best to help with nice smile...i would like to come back again ....wish tennis hotel all good luck and success :)

i don't like the breakfast menu i prefer if there was any kind of salty thinks like cheese and yogurt ...but what was available good and tasty

The rooms were clean and the facilities were sufficient. The price was also reasonable.

The location being outside of Napoli makes the taxi fair double. The buses were not reliable. Thus, total hotel cost was bigger than actual. Accessibility is a big problem.

The Hotel was lovely, the pool was fabulous the weather perfect, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the hotel were really lovely, friendly and very attentive.

The hotel price was good. Hotel is old. Personal was friendly.

The hotel area is not very nice...

The only thing I liked was the friendly staff.

The room was 30 years design ago,the area near the hotel was(is)not so friendly,the smell of the cesspool nearby was unpropitious.

I did not like anything about this hotel....well perhaps the pleasant greeting on arrival and on the second day being moved to a 'proper' room as opposed to a wheelchair access room...

This hotel is dated and stuck in a 1980's time-warp, a concrete shell with absolutely no acoustic consideration, full of noisy children and I left after 3 nights covered in bites and not from mosquito's....

Che la sala fosse non ben attrezzata, mal curata ed anche un pò sporca. Il quartiere un pò pittoresco.. L'albergo né rappresenta un ecosistema a parte.

La gentilezza di tutto il personale.

MAncava internet wi fi. Mi sono arrabbiato molto perchè mi è stato detto che si era rotto il router e mi sono sentito preso in giro. Poi però ho avuto la sensazione che fosse la verità. Se non trovate altri commenti negativi su internet, probabilmente potete non tener conto di questo.

Staff gentilissimo ed educato. Colazione abbondante. Camere ampie e tutto ben pulito. Silenzioso e rilassante

I mezzi pubblici, il c2 che ferma proprio davanti all hotel arriva sporadicamente. Meglio utilizzare taxi convenzionato c albergo. Gli altri taxi utilizzano tariffe più elevate
