We have asked for toilet as well as dishwasher materials and been asked to pay for or buy . This was not mentioned during the booking process...
Enough beds and ac outputs, wifi, and the place allows direct access to the autostrade. The apartment was brand new.
Not enough illumination in the living room.
everything, what a lovely place. Staff recommended nearby restaurants and whilst we drove to these restaurants we could have walked. I would love to come back here.
very very minor but the water pressure could be better in the shower.
The apartments are in a self contained large block set in vineyards with a lovely pool. They are very clean and nicely designed. We had a one bedroom one and it had a spacious sitting area with a bed settee and a very nice bathroom. The pool area is well kept and good quality sunbeds and umbrellas are provided. They are only 10 minutes by car from the centre of Sirmione and are a good base for exploring that end of the lake. They are probably more suited to young families than older couples.
The kitchen is a bit sparsely equipped eg only one kitchen knife which was very blunt but the main problem is that they are within 100 meters of a very busy main road which is very noisy. We slept with the windows and shutters ajar and were woken up in the night by the noise. The apartments have air conditioning and if that was used then there would probably be no traffic noise in the apartment but when you sit outside or by the pool it is constantly in the background. The apartments are marketed as peaceful and they are in nice vineyards but they are not quiet but they are very convenient to explore Sirmione and general sightseeing at the southern end of the Lake.
The swimming pool was excellent, a great size and kept beautifully clean. The location was very picturesque, with mountains in the distance. The accommodation was some of the cleanest we've stayed in in Italy.
Wasn't keen on being sprayed by pesticides - I appreciate it is foremost an agriturismo, and farming is the family's main business, but the pool is directly adjacent to the vineyards- so any chemical sprays naturally drift towards the pool area.
The accommodation was clean and had all the basics needed for day to day activities. In hindsight this was not a suitable place for older people like us as it is so geared up for families.
We had the disabled room, which looks in all respects much less pleasant than other rooms, though I appreciated not having to use the stairs. Items like breakfast and using the washing machine were expensive. The pool hours were limited and as it was usually full of children with lilos, balls etc, it was impossible to swim. The advertised garden was only at the opposite end of the site from our room: our end had grass in front usually with children playing on it.
Everything... great location, beautifully kept, helpful staff
Breakfast wasn't great especially for €6 per person per day
location and room were great
the kitchen could be more equipped with basic cooking products, such as salt, olive oil, and coffee/tea
Very nice hosts, the apartments are big, clean and utilated with all you need. Very good place to relax and visit nearby places.
Great Location. New hotel. Good Service. Staff was very helpful!
