the location was amazing, up in the hills above florence, adjoining a national park. Birds all around - very peaceful. very nice staff and lovely croissants and coffee for breakfast Shared pool and hot tub, but not an issue for us as it was almost empty. Access to Florence okay, but you need a car. Drive to scandicci for a tram probably best (we drove all th way in with a wheelchair)

The hosts were very kind and helpful. The room was very spacious (suitable for 3 persons) with good beds, a sufficiently large bathroom and closet space. There was a swimming pool (which we did not use due to our short stay, but for longer stays it can be good to have it available. There was a tram station nearby (around 4km away) with free parking from where one could travel into the centre of Florence.

Pleasant staff, clean rooms, excellent wifi. The hotel is far from the city center, but it is possible to connect by bus 15 to the "Villa Costanza" tram stop, which takes you to the very center of the city. Also, you can get to the tram station by car, as there is a vast and cheap parking lot. Excellent price-quality ratio and if we visit Florence again, we will revisit this hotel.

Location was perfect. 7 minute walk from Villa Costanza bus station and under 5 minutes to De Andre tram stop. The tram takes you to city center in about 20 minutes. The house was spic and span. Dario has undertaken great measures to keep each and every item spotless. We have never seen such a clean and fresh smelling bnb/hotel room. Kudos!

Very rustic and authentic Villa. Enjoy horses just in front of the hotel, but Host didn't help to organise horse trip. Kitchen in the room was fully renovated. Close to town where you can leave a car at De Andre and take a Tram to Florence city center. Very clean linen and comfortable bed. Extra bed for the kid. Free parking.

- Location is super, very easy to travel to the center of Florence. - Clean and pretty house. It's also surprisingly bigger than what we expected. - Very friendly owner, he lives next door, so it's easy to contact him. - We got some complimentary food and drink in the fridge. - Very comfortable bed!

The hotel was amongst wineyards and in the Tuscan countryside. Florenz was easily accessible if one has a car and can drive to Scandicci, from there take a tram to Florenz. Breakfast was simple but very nice and the filling. We had a lovely stay and if we are ever.in the region again we would go back.

Excellent breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. Spacious room, very comfy bed and pillows. The facility is well maintained and clean. We could ask for bottles of local wines and enjoy in our room at end of the day. The station for the tram train going to the center of Florence is a short drive.

The location was okay, it was close to the Tran that got you into Florence in about 20 minutes, but it was worth a little commute into the center of Florence, Dario's house 2 a two bedroom apartment was beautiful ,clean ,all the amenities everything top-notched and working perfectly....

The hosts were really kind. The room and the common areas were nice and clean. The pool and it’s area is fantastic. The breakfast was really good, many different food with good local things. the location of the Casanova is good, you can reach Pisa or Florence quite fast and easily.

That was the best rental apartment I have ever been to. Very clean, cozy, modern, and fresh. It has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The tram station is a couple of minutes away, and it is easy to get to the center of Florence.

Private parking. This apartment met all my expectations. Clean. The owner took care to see that we were ok. He provided a large variety of food and wine and coffee. The metro was a short walk and took us to Florence center. I would stay here again
