Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Beautifull countryside estate with nice villa to stay in. Very relaxing, good food (grown on the estate) and not too many other guests. If anything, the food can be a little too rich in olive oil, but the taste was still awesome - and the service at the table excellent. |

Tenuta La Bandita is an elegant country villa with beautiful gardens, surrounded by lovely scenery. Attention to detail was second to none and our bedroom was very luxurious with an amazing view. The staff and the owner Daniela were very helpful and we enjoyed the great breakfasts and the wonderful evening meals sitting outside on the terrace. |

the location, surrounding (pure nature) tranquillity, views, calmness. Attentive staff and good food. Although the place itselft is excellent, the room we were given was rather small, dark and claustrophobic. It was not in the main villa and it wasn't chairming at all. I would recommend this place to other visitors, as it is indeed magic, however do ask for a room in the main building. The room we were staying in wasn't worth the money we paid. |

wunderschöne Umgebung (Natur pur); für unsere Familie mit Hund ideal. !Restaurant super! Eigentümerfamilie sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, aber leider auch sehr feucht. Da müsste dringend Abhilfe geschaffen werden. |

La grande cortesia del personale, la disponibilità e gentilezza della proprietaria. Bandito è chi bandisce la Bandita! è un posto meraviglioso...consigliato a coppie giovani per un soggiorno romantico...ps fantastica la cucina e le materie prime usate, coltivate/allevate dallo stesso resort....ancora complimenti alla Sig.ra Filippi. se dovessi trovare x forza un difetto, direi che che avrei gradito il materasso leggermente + morbido..ma ho fatto comunque dei bellissimi pisolini e dormite!! |

ottima la qualità del ristorante, bagno recentemente ristrutturato e particolare, camera spaziose. Ambiente estremamente tranquillo, bel giardino e bella trazza per la colazione La colazione era di scarsa qualità (terribili caffè e cappuccini), nel buffet mancavano molte cose basilari. Inoltre, avendo un bimbo piccolo in camera, bisognoso del biberon della notte, mi ero portata da casa lo scaldabiberon elettrico. Purtroppo alla semplice richiesta di un adattatore per la presa di corrente, mi è stato risposto che ne avevano uno solo, attaccato alla macchina scaldapane. |
