Il servizio e la gentilezza. Colazione e cena decisamente buone La camera era pulita ma decisamente antiquata pure il bagno,non in tema con il servizio e il resto dell'hotel

Personnel parlant français, toujours très disponible avec le sourire en plus. confort des chambres digne d'un 4 * pot d'accueil et diner aux chandelles le dernier soir ainsi qu'une attraction chaque soir Diner avec un superbe buffet d'entrée rarement aussi bien garnie. buffet du petit déjeuner également très bien founi. Bravo pour le côté restauration. En résumer très bon sèjour de 4 jours (groupe de 7 personnes toutes très contentes)

Si mangia benissimo. Camere silenziose. Ottimo servizio. La scomodità di questo albergo e' avere le piscine esterne e interne separate.. Si prende troppo freddo in caso di maltempo. Con la prenotazione attraverso booking non e' compreso ingresso alle piscine, no internet, no accappatoi, no pasti. Tutto a parte.

Servizio più che soddisfacente,cucina ottima. Struttura imponente ma camere leggermente datate. Nel complesso non posso che esprimere un giudizio positivo. Per essere un 4 stelle il bagno non le rispecchia....c'è la vasca con il telefono per la doccia. Arredamento e moquette anni '70 uso delle piscine termali non compreso nel soggiorno.....

La cucina,il personale del ristorante,reception,assistenza termale. Albergo carente di strutture adeguate quali :piscine da ampliare specialmente quella esterna,ristrutturazione dei locali tipo camere porte e bagni,lampadari della sala ristorante orrendi,disordine intorno alla piscina esterna,poca attenzione del personale addetto,piscina estena piccola inutilizzata e inadeguata alle esigenze dei clienti(non presenta nessun tipo di idromasssaio o percorsi vari)palestra inesistente e posizionata in sito inadeguato (da valutare oggi l'attivita' fisica e' tassativamente importante!!!!! )

Buffet colazione molto ricco. Zona benesse molto bella Personale disponibile e veloce nel soddisfare le richieste del cliente (unico neo abbiamo chiesto una stanza tranquilla e ci hanno assegnato proprio quella che dava sulle scale e sul vano ascensore). Target: famiglie e anziani, poco adatto alle giovani coppie. Sicuramente un ottimo 4 stelle ma decisamente un po' old style. Attenzione ne sul sito dell'hotel ne su booking e' specificato che per il trattamento di pernottamento e prima colazione non e' compreso l'utilizzo della zona benessere, prezzo 12 euro al giorni a persona.

Mi piace la fantastica posizione. Si è nel centro di Montegrotto ma pare, con un po' di fantasia, di stare sul mare, o in montagna. C'è un'atmosfera rilassante e un contesto particolarmente accogliente. Quando voglio fare un fine settimana per staccare, è ottimo.

Ottimo il parco, gli addobbi natalizi, il posteggio auto. Carente l'accoglienza a colazione, temperatura in camera elevata (oltre 24° c), le piscine termali non efficientemente pronte dall'inizio orario d'usufruibilità.

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Lage der Außenpools, mit den blick auf Montegrotto! Altes, abgewohntes Hotel! Wir hatten "Komfort - Doppelzimmerzimmer in den oberen Etagen" gebucht - zuerst wurde uns ein Standardzimmer im 2. Stock zugewiesen - nach Urgenz ein "Komfortzimmer", wedlches sich aber wieder als "Standarzimmer" nur im 3. Stock erwies!! - nicht renoviert, abgewohnt, der Duschschlauch kaputt - Bad und Zimmer war aber sauber!!
