Everything!!! Magic place with nice people!
A traveller coming to Rome is getting a rare chance to obtain a home and to feel oneself a city dwelle. Very cosy and convinient for the sightseeing using the metro or exploring the Rome by foot. Simone, who runs the house is a delicate and assistable person, who comes to be a real friend. Zinaida (Moscow)
It is good location. Clean room. The B&B offerd us upgrade room and late check out free of charge.
water sounds in the heating system (not good in the night time), no bath towels (but we have 4 ususal), only two teabags per day.
location, clean and big bathroom.
I was given two tiny twin beds even though I booked for one double. The place called bed and breakfast but no real breakfast is provided. Only some jam, yogurt with vanilla, everything includes sugar, and I personally must start my day with something salty. The main gate to access the building was very heavy and hard to open. It closed on my foot one time.
What you pay for is usually what you get, but in this case you actually get more. Considering the price I can only recommend Terme di Triano. It is clean, nice and the host Simone is incredibly service minded. It is a B&B so don't expect hotel standards, but for an affordable stay in Rome it is perfect. You walk to the Monti area in just 5-8 minutes and from there you can either walk or take the metro. And don't miss Monti with all the bars and vintage boutiques its really charming.
The TV was a bit irritating. Nothing important though.
perfect in every way. Simone was the greatest. arranged fur us to skip the hours long line af Vatican City, grave us great advice on trains and answered any questions we had. stayed 3 days. wish it could have been longer.
Very helpful and considerate staff, breakfasts and daily snacks, secure lodgings. Excellent wifi
This B/B is located close to Coleseum. I would say walking distance of 10mins which is very convenient. You can take hop on hop off buses from here as well. The rooms are clean . The owner responded very well thru out my stay although it was on the phone at all times. I think he manages this place from elsewhere. Anywhere he picks up the phone all the time when I call even at night.
Breakfast was very very basic. You may want to get better breakfast outside.
The best place of all 4 hotels where we stayed in Italy in our last trip because of: - very good location (approx. 5 minutes to Colloseum); - very friendly service. When we return to Rome, we plan to stay in this place again.
This b&b was in a nice neighbourhood. The room was modern and clean. It offerd all the comforts of a deluxe hotel. The location is good: 5minute walk to the colliseum and 5-10 minutes to the metro. fresh bread and croissant were provided for breakfast each morning.
The only downside was the Internet did not work while I was there, but the owner was working to resolve the issue and the air con was noisey, being a ground floor flat we were reluctant to open the widows, especially with the added noise of Rome traffic.
Uncomplicated, once you found out which of the 4 keys fitted which gate / door. Nice, helpful and friendly personal. Convenient for sightseeing.
Continental Breakfast; sweet: jams and chocolate spread (no bread on Sunday). Supplemented the breakfast with sliced cheese and meats from the convenient store. Breakfast in the bedroom. Luckily the weather was good and we could meet up for breakfast on the terrace.
Very helpful and friendly host. Convenient location. Very good value for money.
That I could not stay longer and enjoy the nice surrounding area.
This B&B is just fantastic. Nicely decorated and quite big room with very spacious bathroom. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Just a walking distance from Colosseum and other Rome attractions. Owner was very helpful(he even made a reservation to Vatican for us). We can definitely recommend this B&B. If you going to stay there be sure to visit restaurant Li Rioni.
- Twice during our stay we got some biscuits instead of normal breakfast, apparently due to the simple fact that bakery was closed. It's poor excuse based on the fact that there are literally hundreds of bakeries nearby.
The fresh croissants and bread on my door in the morning - even though I'd already eaten what was on the fridge. Not something I was expecting. Clean and friendly place
The staff (Simone) went out of his way to attend to our every request. He even went out and purchased an electric adapter so that we could charge our cell phone. The airport pickup he arranged was very timely and helpful. In hindsight I don't think we would have made it there on our own without the pickup he arranged. The Hotel was only a 5 minute walk to the Collesum. I highly reccomennd this Hotel for being a very clean comfortable and good value.
Leaving after only a few days. I wish we could have stayed longer.
The manager saw us wandering around outside and called us over. He was very helpful and friendly. The room was good size, clean, and felt very comfortable. Good amenities provided for the comfort of travelers.
Stayed here on my last night in Rome and although just a mile from the train station, a bit confusing to find in the dark. The area is a bit sketchy at night (red light district).
The location was great -a short walk to the Colusseum as well as a number of value for money eateries and a 10 euro taxi ride to the main train station. We enjoyed our fresh croissants and buns Simone brought each morning for breakfast and the homemade biscuits and farewell bottle of bubbly were much appreciated!
The staff was very helpful in answering our questions! The location was excellent as was the value for the money!
It would have been nice to have breakfast with other guests instead of finding a bag of croissants hanging on the door knob, as this is what a B&B means to me.
The owner, Simone, was so helpful and friendly and the hotel was literally round the corner from the Colosseum and within walking distance of sites such as Trevi fountain and Spanish steps.
Location, balance between price and comfort, nice breakfast
Loved this friendly, relaxed and well located b&b. Location could not be any better at just a ten minute walk to the nearest metro and 10 minutes through the park to coliseum. A bottle of prosecco and a cake were left for my Mum on her birthday and on our final night. The beds were comfy and the rooms cool in the hot temperature. Very safe and secure building with several keys to get into the b&b and a safe area to walk late at night. The tray breakfast was ideal, meaning that we could have it whenever we wished in our own room. Would recommend to anyone and will certainly go back in the future. Thank you!
The room was very clean and well organized. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and plenty. The location was perfect, the Colosseum and two metro stations were in a five-minute walking distance. The place is in the center of the city, but it's really quiet, and the small garden is perfect for breakfast or just for relaxation. Next time we visit Rome, we'd like to stay here again.
We loved everything about this B&B. Location is so close to everything. The owner Simone was very helpful on all fronts.
As the apartment above is not owned by Simone was very noise. The breakfast was a little small. Some fruit or cereal would of been nice but overall its a great stay.
Simone runs a wonderful bed and breakfast and he truly cares about his guests. We had some trouble and he went way above and beyond the call of duty to assist us until the matter was resolved. We would have been stranded without him. The Colosseum is a short walk away through a lovely park. This one is a MUST visit.
