Hotel Terme Don Pepe offers an outdoor pool and spa facilities on the island of Ischia. The hotel is just 650 ft from the beach and Lacco Ameno marina. Featuring a Mediterranean design and Moorish-style furniture, Don Pepe's rooms are air conditioned and some have a balcony. Heated by Ischia's thermal waters, the indoor swimming pool has a jacuzzi and waterfall. There is also a mud therapy bath, beauty treatment center and a small fitness area. The staff can provide info on visits to La Mortella Gardens and the Aragonese Castle, while Casamicciola Terme is just 5 minutes by shuttle bus for ferries to Naples. It was only a 5 min. walk to the beach and shopping. The pool was nice and warm. The breakfast was ok but the dinner was great. Awesome antipasta buffet! I didn't like that you had to pay for using the beach. The bed was way too hard for us to sleep comfortably. If the bed was softer I would give the room a much higher rating but I consider that a pretty important feature.

Camera pulita. Buona posizione rispetto al paese e mezzi pubblici . Francamente non mi ha colpito nulla dell'hotel . Tv poggiata sopra il frigo non bar ,nel senso che è vuoto e si deve ordinare ciò che si desidera ?!?! Il buffet è posizionato male non consente una libertà di movimento oppure induce a fare una fila che nssuno fà , sopra il tavolo un'incerata anni 50 fermata con bollette da disegno !!! Il cappuccino più schifoso mai ( non ) bevuto . Nel complesso 4 stelle non meritate , qualità-prezzo non accettabile.

La cortesia degli addetti alla ristorazione e delle pulizie, la cassaforte in camera. La prenotazione per una matrimoniale in dependance non corrispondeva alla sistemazione reale in una stanza nell'albergo posta al secondo piano senza ascensore, camera tripla invece che doppia, alquanto datata, senza uno specchio in camera, stampe alle pareti dai soggetti tetri e senza paralumi alle lampadine del letto, bagno con idromassaggio non funzionante.

Ottima accoglienza personale molto qualificato. Cucina ottima; ottimo anche lo staff della sala in particolare sig gaetano il quale ha avuto molta cura di noi durante il soggiorno. Nota negativa per quanto riguarda la pulizia della camera ma nonostante questo la camera era bella e confortevole. Piscina e terme bellissime. Consigliamo di alloggiare al don pepe perché e una Albergho bello e confortevole. Alfonso e Martina

La vicinanza al centro di Lacco Ameno e al parco termale Negombo L'hotel non ha le caratteristiche di un 4 stelle. Le camere della villetta (corpo staccato dall'hotel) sono fatiscenti e soprattutto sporche.

Cordialita' ,posizione ,pulizia camere Si dovrebbe migliorare sensibilmente l'angusto angolo dove si puo' ritirare il necessario per la colazione,la macchinetta automatica non mi sembra da 4 stelle e l'assortimento e' molto limitato,visto che e' indicata come colazione a buffet....grazie

Struttura carina ed accogliente ma non classificabile come 4**** L'hotel è ben arredato ma purtroppo non rispetta I canoni delle strutture 4****: l'aria condizionata mancava, I bungalow sono molto piccoli e d'estate fa molto caldo, la struttura termale non è x niente soddisfacente in quanto vi sono solo 2 piscine d'acqua termale tra l'altro tenute molto male (I bordi delle vasche erano sporchi), e colazione ridotta al minimo indispensabile.

Molto bella la piscina all'aperto e la piscina termale idromassaggio e sauna. Ottima posizione. La colazione a buffet veramente carente qualitativametne e quantitativamente. Piuttosto squallido anche il servizio ristorazione della mezza pensione. Camere un po' vecchiotte.
