Terme Manzi Hotel & Spa  

I rarely leave feedback but Manzi deserves it for the great service they offered to us. The hotel looks luxurious with a "ancient roman" theme and a touch of modern that is classy and never too much. The spa is excellent. The food is very good: i am originally from the region so i appreciate the balanced mix of local cousine (buffalo mozzarellas, moka espresso, fresh seafood, etc.) and michelin-star gourmet (their 2nd restaurant is one of the few michelin star in the area). This hotel is revommended for whoever wants a relaxing time in a first-class hotel with the option to explore the beauties of Ischia (they have a very efficient shuttle service that can take you anywhere). However what made the difference was the excellent service of all the staff of the hotel: they were always available and accomodating any request. In particular we had a problem since my daughter got sick and had to stay at the hospital for 4 days. The staff was amazing in providing any support we needed, from driving us back and forth to/from hospital, rebooking our return tickets, finding on-call doctors etc. Thanks so much!

It's a lovely hotel with great spa facilities. The thermal pool was wonderful - visually stunning and nice and warm. Staff was excellent, spoke great English and were very helpful and attentive. Also, the bar and restaurant were very nice. We had well made cocktails in the evening with nice appetizers and we also had an extremely well prepared fish dinner. The food was wonderful and beautifully presented. Buffet breakfast in the morning was extensive with many delicacies. We loved our stay!

I thought the quality of the service was excellent without being intrusive. The dinner in the michelin star restaurant was excellent, tasty (I think the person who wrote otherwise about it has sour grapes), and great fun. While the rooms were very comfy and clean and well appointed, the one aspect that I did not like is that they make a double bed by putting to singles together. It was well done and there was not really any gap to make it uncomfortable, it is not the best either. That is really my only gripe as everything else got 5 stars and I stay in a lot of 5 star hotels.

Gorgeous space it was! Only for a spa and a gournet, it is very beneficial price. They offer free shattle survice to the port.

Booking a treatment was rather difficult, but the treatment was worthy.

Festeggiavamo 25 anni di mtrimonio il soggiorno al Manzi è stato semplicemente meraviglioso, la struttura è bellissima ed offre una spa favolosa con acqua termale, il personale tutto è professionalmente preparato e molto gentile. Al Manzi ti senti coccolato con cordialità e simpatia,,, da tornare presto complimenti!!!

Avevamo una camera che dava sul retro e con la finestra aperta c'era un fastidioso rumore di un motore probabilmente una pompa della piscina ma vista la stagione non è stato un problema.

понравился дизайн отеля и дизайн номеров, везде сделан ремонт хорошая кухня при отеле продумано: можно целый день ходить в халатах и при этом не мешать ни кому

1.расположение отеля ( достаточно удаленно от тур.места, кроме отеля не где перекусить) 2.сервис в отеле далек от заявленного ( предлагают трансфер от отеля при заказе за 30 минут, но все время автомобиль занят какими то поручениями, не серьезно для такого уровня!) 3.не работают ни где кондиционеры, тк пенсионеры которые приезжают на лечение просят их об этом 4. вид из номеров ( смотреть не куда из любой категории: либо на общую дорогу, либо на стену с работающими кондиционерами) 5. навязчивый сервис 6. плохо оборудована ванная комната для заявленного уровня 0
