Excellent staff. Reception staff offered many suggestions of what to do and where to eat. Spa was excellent and we all received a free treatment which was excellent. Only stayed 4 days but would have loved to see more of island . Would Definately go back.

Hotel is not by the sea but they do have a beach area that you can use. We did not use it (it was about a 15 min walk ) but they do have a shuttle bus that you can book.

Great employees - the food is amazing, both breakfast, dinner and drinks on the roof terrace. Very nice indoor and outdoor pools.

Bad wifi - also if you don't bring your own car you depend on the hotel shuttle as it's a bit too far to walk into town. Location could be better ie closer to beach

Spa is one of the best I have ever been! The hotel's interior is magnificent and outstanding!

Position of the hotel, far away from restaurants and sea side. Prestige rooms are very noisy, streetside

A great place to relax and unwind, the interior of the hotel, spa and public areas are fantastic. The food on offer is great as are the staff.

Bathroom, especially shower a little small for 5*, equally for a spa hotel the gym is a little disappointing: no free weights. The surrounding area is a little sleepy and a little worse for wear; that's a real shame as Ischia is ban absolute gem!

The building and spa facilities are impressive. The staff are friendly and helpful.

There was some disorganisation with bookings. For example I requested the Chef's table at Il Mosaico but was booked into the restuarant

The hotel itself is beautiful and very eclectic. The staff is very professional and friendly. Free shuttle can be arranged to take you to the beach, city and/or for arrival/departure. Apart from 2 Michelin stars restaurant, there are also nice lunches served by the pool. Breakfasts are very good.

Rooms don't have sound insulation at all. You can easily hear your neighbors taking to each other, let alone babies crying or any other noises.

Very good spa center. Luxury style. Transfer to beach (and other places) and back every 20-30 minutes. Good mountain view.

We didn't like main manager in the restaurant Gli Ulivi - he wasn't welcome, didn't pay any attention to us and first evening we were waiting for free table at dinner about 1 hour and he didn't even excuse. After this we didn't eat in the restaurant during our vacation. Also from 14:00 till 20:00 you have an opportunity to eat only snacks (no soup, second courses and so on) - just hamburger, sandwich and poor salads. Near the hotel there are no restaurants as well. WiFi is awful, it didn't work in fact. Shower cabin in the room is very small, water goes from upside and you don't have an opportunity to wash you body not making your head wet. Live music in the evening is too loud and singer sings till 00:30-01:00 and you cannot sleep if your windows are in front of the restaurant.
