Pulizia delle camere ottima, camera un po piccola ma confortevole, mobilio molto economico. Il prezzo della camera doppia non comprende anche l'ingresso alle terme (costo camera doppia 120 euro + 40 euro ingresso terme), a confronto con altri hotel già provati, quali hotel terme venezia e terme preistoriche dove la camera si paga pure meno e l'ingresso alle terme è compreso. Le piscine termali sono vecchie e non molto pulite però la temperatura della stessa rimane costante sia dentro che fuori. Al nostro arrivo una signora alla reception, credo la manager mi ha detto che le l'ingresso alle terme era a pagamento e mi ha mostrato il foglio della prenotazione dove dovrebbe essere scritto, ebbene non c'è scritto niente e non sapeva cosa dire, però mi ha detto che è da pagare e basta, in modo moto brusco.Possiedo 2 hotels e non tratto le persone in questo modo e se I miei manager on duty lo fanno li caccio.

Bei der Preisauszeichnung war nicht klar ob der Thermenzugang inkludiert ist. Dieser wurde dann getrennt in Rechnung gestellt was den (günstigen)Preis dann relativiert.

La cortesia e discrezione del personale di servizio e la pulizia molto accurata nelle camere e nelle piscine.Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Le piscine chiudono troppo presto al sabato sera, per le diciannove, mentre durante la settimana fino alle ventidue, dovrebbero chiudere anche al sabato alle ventidue quantomento per gli ospiti dell'hotel.

La struttura si presenta molto bene.L'ambiente è accogliente,grazie anche alla gentilezza ed all' efficienza, tanto dei proprietari che dell'intero staff.Gli impianti sportivi e termali sono di ottimo livello.La .Piscina termale è validamente riscaldata;c'è una palestra ,poi,e un area per la fisioterapia;alcuni attrezzi sportivi,quali tapisroulant,cyclette etc sonoimpiantati anche sul fondale della piscina,così da poter essere utilizzati pure in acqua.Splendida la zona benessere e I trattamenti curativi;grotta termale dasperimentare:il caldo umido e il gioco dei colori (cromoterapia)sulle pareti garantiscono un completo relax.Eccellente la cucina dell'albergo.A Disposizione ,a richiesta degli ospiti,eventualmente anche l uso di un P.c nella hall dell albergo

Prima di tutto il personale, professionale e cortese. L'aspetto dell'hotel soprattutto l'ingresso, la hall e le sale al piano terra. Le piscine sono ampie e funzionali. Unico neo, per essere un 4 stelle le camere dovrebbero essere più curate nei dettagli e nell'arredamento.
