location good, clean, facilities, receptionists helpful, able to give information on trains to venice.

we went with our 13 year old son, and booked a triple room. His bed was a sofa bed and the first time he sat on it it broke. the bed had wooden slats which constantly came out, it had to be mended three times, and he slept poorly as he had to avoid moving too much in case the bed broke during the night. Otherwise it was very good!

-Nice hotel and on the first day hotel were very accomodating in allowing us to change rooms for one with a large terrace to accomodate our dog. -Excellent baby sitting services.

-Wearing swimming caps in the pool seems a bit of overkill -Trouser requirement (and also jacket preference) at dinner a bit excessive when on holiday and trying to relax

Location was excellent!staff was helpful and friendly.breakfast was wonderful .the pool areas were clean. We had a triple room which was a good size and had enough closets.

A pity one has to pay for pool towels.

Claudia was excellent with most of the information she gave to our questions. She needs to know that there is a 00.08 train from Venice to Terme Roma (the station after Padova) She said to us only to Padova. We went to a concert in Venice and had to catch a taxi back to Hotel Terme Roma, costing us 130 euro. Apart from that she was very good with other information. Our stay was excellent thank you.

Perfect place with excellent breakfast and lodgings. Good swimming pool. Nice 4:45pm aquaerobics lessons.

One would need to pay for bathrobes. Gym is small and poorly equipped.

The pools and long opening hours The location is great

The sauna could have had a bigger relax area. The balcony was dirty

Excellent thermal bath, open from early to late. Good looking hotel. Very good location next to shopping zone. Easy free parking. Bus stops in front, direct to Padua station whence 25 minutes to Venice. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Walls maybe a bit thin, but nothing unusual.

Great location: bus stop and the center of the town are nearby. Helpful and friently staff. New Year party was really great! Very good thermal pool and sauna. Coffee machine in the Hotel. Very good Cappuccino and Croissants for breakfast. Large well-equipped triple room with a large terrace.

Choice of meals for breakfast was very limited, especially of hot meals. The same food for breakfast every day - no variety at all. Sauna and pool are situated at the different floors. Bathrobes are charged separately.

Well designed, good looking hotel. Well located.

Food was execrable - the worst I have had in any of the many Italian hotels I have stayed in during the last three years. Could not sleep for 2 reasons: 1. The results of the very poor food. 2. The bedrooms were so unpleasantly hot with no way of controlling the temperature.
