Wifi is paid. Despite this the connection in the 2nd floor was bad.
The only good thing about the hotel was the position, which is near to important things to visit in Rome and the fact that they had a safe deposit box.
Their heating system only work for a few hours, although outside there were below 5 degrees Celsius and the windows are not closing well. They stopped the heating each night and it was freezing cold in the room so we couldn't sleep much. The rooms have different sizes, although the ones from booking site look good, you can get a room that's a lot smaller. In the first day we got the smallest room I ever seen (304), we couldn't even open up our luggage and after we reported this, we got moved into a bigger one. Because of the fact that windows were not closing well, there was a lot of noise from the street. The last thing to point out is the breakfast, it's a bad joke, you can only eat yogurt and croissant, that's it.
Poor breakfast...they dont change towles and they dont clean the room..i was not satisfied at all..they said that i could pay cash but after they asked me to charge my credit card with the amount...and i had to make bank transfer...terrible...the wifi in the room was not working...i would not recomend it to a friend to go and stay there..
Good localisation, just in the center. Close to Termini station
Very small and uncomfortable room and bathroom. The hotel need renovation
Location, walk to the Train Station and Local attractions like the Colosseum.
Basic Breakfast and Useless WiFi. Coffee machine tasted like dish water, No hot toast, one juice, corn flakes or coco pops. Go out for Breakfast.
Near train station
Dirty room, very small bathroom,
Nothing everything was bad and there is no AC after 1 am..bad experience
Reception staff AC system Bed Room Toilet It's totally bad
Very close to termini, quite clean and opp lots if restaurants.
staff are very helpful
space of the room
The friendliness off the staff, and location.
No kettle in room for tea and coffee
The staff is very friendly and the location is very good, nearby the central station (termini).
The airconditioning is centrally tuned and frequently switched off during the night.
Good location, close to Stazione Termini
Very small room, the included breakfast was extremely limited providing only bread, cold croissants two uninteresting types of cereal and bread rolls. Overall not good value for money.
Location is near enough to a station, but there's not much to see in the area.
Extremely small rooms, with aircon and TV not working at all. Shower could not close properly and bathroom was covered in water afterwards. Very small and basic breakfast with horribly burnt coffee.
- Location is near to centrum, but it's not nice!
- The breakfast in absolutely insufficient, only sweet cakes and croissants. No ham, no cheese, poor coffe. Is it normal to bring your own ham there in the morning? Last two days we went to to different places around the hotel. - The shower was horrible, sometimes no water, sometimes only cold water. - Poor tidiness - No free wifi. For this price it should be free!!!
Location - near the station.
Bugs in the bath, rusty shower enclosure, old furniture and windows, location - many strange figures in the area, very poor and low quality breakfast. The window shutters had broken 2 times in 3 days.
Location and cost.
Easily location from Rome's main train station and main sites.
Breakfast was poor. Upon coming back after a night out (twice), i noticed the main doors to be chained shut whilst the night porter slept!
The room was confortable no matter that it was a little small, but with all conforts The breakfast was rich enough for the hotel's price and we enjoyed a lot The employees helped us a lot about usefull information Everything was great and we suggest it!!!
The breakfast had only sweets to eat and nothing salty. The internet to pay
easy-going personel, good localization
Free wi-fi not avalible, very poor brekfast, no possibility of getting hot drink after breakfast.
Liked the location and the accessibility to a lot of things. The room was cleaned everyday and the cable could be converted to English.
The front desk staff were too serious and proved a bit unfriendly. Everything was at a cost apart from things set in the rate e.g Wifi which was charged and even when not in the hotel still runs meaning buy another airtime when back. Just not ideal because as a tourist Internet means a lot to breach family gab.. Secondly, no guest allowed into the room even if not staying over, if they had to one must pay just to have the person come into the rooms.
staff was helpfull, breakfast was ok.
We've had troubles with hot water in shower; room was very small (double); hair dryer couldn't work for more than 10 minutes without a break; wi-fi is not free and pretty expensive.
Room was small but clean and well appointed. Rome was cold but the heat worked very well in the room. Price was very good!
People talking in the hallways at night were loud. Breakfast was very basic and could have been much better with a bit better quality of bread and coffee.
Heating only worked certain hours, despite it was only 7 C outside.
