Starhotels Terminus  

Some parts of the hotel was nice. The staff were somewhat helpful. And the location was perfect, across the street from the central train station. We were happy for our stay there.

The first night we were given a room with very poor ventilation and very hot. After speaking to the hotel manager, he gave us a much more comfortable room (presumably in the newer section) for the remaining two nights.

Convenient location quite close to the Termini Station. Good hospitality at the front desk staffs especially afternoon and evening male staffs

Flavor of bread and cream were not good for us.

Convenient for main Naples station.Excellent meal in restaurant if a bit expensive.

Hotel a typical large city - centre station hotel. A bit tired, in need of a refurbish. Only two lifts for a lot of rooms. Room not very clean.

Excellent staff, very accommadating with our baby. We would stay here again.

The hotel was so close to city center and train station.

Reception staff and restaurant staff were not friendly and not helpfull, they were never smiling. They gave us a disable room without telling us. Also elevator wasn t working. Internet connection was extremely terrible. While we were taking shower water wasn t going through.

It was located very close to the main train station in Naples, so there was easy access to both train and a metro line. Also the public bus service to Naples airport has a stop which is lcoated very close to Starhotels terminus. Room was comfortable. Plenty of choices on offer at buffet breakfast.

Very close to the railway station. A lot of public transport around. Nice terrace with a good view. Very good restaurant. Kind personnel.

Located in the center of the city, on Piazza Garibaldi. Staff is quite friendly.

Piazza Garibaldi has chaotic movement and pretty dirty due to ongoing constuction work. Garage has very steep and narrow entrance and is really crowded. Not recommended to stay in this hotel if you arrive by car.

It is very central,easy to locate,good value for money

This hotel is ideaI if you need to be close to central station and transport. Our room had balcony and the benefit of tea & coffee making facilities. Good breakfast provided.

No fault of hotel, but Piazza Garibaldi is undergoing major building works at present. The hotel double glazing effectively cuts out much of the noise.

Easy access from railway station, and modern facilities. Plus my feeling is that they gave us one of their best rooms.

I got sick when I was in Napoli, but the hotel staff were very helpful in finding doctor and doing translations for me, I'm very appreciated of their service. The hotel is located just next to the main train station, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are good and comfortable.

dirty,noisy unsafe. Hotel starting to get run down, very shabby in parts. Staff were good but, apart from the lobby and dining area it needs work.
