The Hotel is situated just near the Central Railway Station, so there are a lot of people on the Piazza Garibaldi and it it very noisy there. iIn this noise StarHotel is an Oasis.

On my mind the hotel is not worth staying for those, who would like to research the historical center of the city. It is not close to the Old Napoli. The Hotel is in good condition, but some things the'd better renovate (the cell in the bathroom...).

Comfortable beds, quiet room, friendly staff, security box, luggage storage, great breakfast!

The air conditioner didn't seem to work in our room. Fortunately I had a bad cold an I didn't need the AC

It is just a stone's throw from the train station..easy to find.

The location is quite rowdy with seedy characters around..do be careful. We always make a quick dash from the bus stop to the hotel!

breakfast every morning too late, cleaning personnel leaves room (door and windows) open after cleaning, sewage system smelly, no safes available, internet 17,50 euro per day (in a room of 290 euro per day) is out of proportion, airconditioning/heater out of order.

the hotel is fine but I went to starhotel in Milan and is really different, I chose this hotel because my previous experience in Milan but I should say that the staff is really kind but the quality of the hotel is totally different, for the same price the same hotel in milan is really better than this in Napole.

this is just an advice for the hotel, I think is a nice hotel in a perfect position but I think the hotel use the reputation but it should try to improve not only the service but the aspect of the hotel, But I repeat the staff is really kind and efficient, We asked for changing the room and they inmediately did it.
