Everything except the area.

The location. Too much noise, The area doesn't seem very secure.

The hotel is located 30 m from train station, that is very convenient. Room is clean and spacious. Nice bathroom.

Free wifi is wierdly organized. Each time you want to use wifi you need to get a code which allows you to stay connected for 30 min. When 30 min is over you need to get another code. Signal strength was poor in the room. If you want a constant wifi connection it costs 4 eur per day per device not per a room.

Staff efficient but over friendly

Excellent location close to the main railway station, metro and circumvesuviana (to Vesuvius, Pompeii and Sorrento). Also has direct bus link to the Airport (Alibus). Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were made up neatly every day.

Although the lounge and dining area are finished to high spec, the rooms fall short of the standards one expects from a hotel with 4 star rating. The finishing in the bathrooms is sloppy with lack of attention to detail - if this aspect is remedied, this will be great hotel for tourists.

Staff at reception is sometimes not really efficient and slow in service.

The hotel was decorated nicely. The location of the hotel was good in the way that it was right next to the railway station, so easy to come and leave. The bed was good. The breakfast was good compared to many other Italian hotels concentrating only on the sweet stuff.

The area of the railway station was very restless and did not feel secure. There is a lot of noise coming from the traffic at the Piazza Garibaldi. The shower was dirty and the sewer didn't work very efficiently. The room was very small.

Wi-fi access codes are only valid for 30 minutes, upon departure the receptionist selected, without asking me, the 'in your home currency' payment option, which eventually increased the total price for me by 7.5%

It is near to Napoli Centrale, so very convinient in every way.

Renovation going on, inside and outside the hotel. So it is little bit noisy.

very close to the train station, it's advantage for stay in a such unsafe city.

the staff are very cold, when i ask for some tourist information, they been inpatient, ask me to take sightsee bus.

Breakfast was good. The room was fair enough.

There was no chair in the room. The door didn't close properly, unless you did not bang it. The light right in front of the mirror in the bathroom didn't work and the one in the room could not to be turned off. The staff didn't care at all even after several complaints. First night, we were placed in a handicapped room with a very small shower. The internet is free only in the lobby and just for an half an hour.

+ Good value for money + friendly staff + room + free wifi in lobby area + wifi in room available @ reasonable price (5.5 Euro/24hrs)

-Noisy environment outside the hotel (insulation on window could be improved. -Tv installed in room not up to date (channel selection acceptable, but equipment out of date)

I did like the staff and the facility.

Other then on the posting for the hotel it shows they have laundry and they do not. I had been traveling for two weeks washing my stuff by hand and the only reason I stayed a second time was they indicated they had a laundry and they do not they have a service that don’t work on the weekends. I am not happy with that part of the service.

the only one thing is good - location. The hotel is one minute from the railway station and 15 minutes by walking from the downtown.

rooms are very old and not nice at all. It's good only for sleeping and not for staying. You can see dirty streets, garbage and, of course, it's very noisy because of the trains.

Very unpleasant reception staff. We got information we needed but with no smile on their faces and proper "leave me alone" attitude. Room was small but clean.

Room was comfortable.

Wi Fi was advertised throughout the hotel.this is misleading. Can only be used in the lobby for 1/2 hour.i was told first I had to come back after 1/2 to get another password and then I was told that I could only use bit for half an hour a day.

The room was big and nice. I like it everything.

made few mistakes on Payment processing as a result 500 euros was blocked at my account until I visit my bank, my friend was charged by additional extra fees.

Location - close to Naples central railway station and Alibus bus station. Nice and stylish design - a striking contrast to a noisy and dirty city))) Spacious room enough for 3 persons.

Shower curtain. In such stylish bathroom it seemed quite strange and wretched a bit. Too loud flashing of the toilet - you know exactly when your neighbours use it)))

Comfortable room. Helpful staff and friendly. Excellant breakfast buffet. Wonderful bathroom and great bathtub.

The fact that no matter how many times we flushed the toilet - the No 2 would NOT disappear! This is not a joke, room No 534, please check. Sorry to mention such an unplesant fact, but if not that it was SO rediculously stubborn that it made us laugh - we would be a bit upset. The roof terrace restaurant with spectacular views advertised in the website was beeig refurbished, which was disappointing.
