アメニティーが貧弱 アマルフィーへのツアーを前日にフロントで申し込み、その場でOKとなったのに、翌朝、迎えが来なく、フロントに尋ねたところ、実は手違いで取れていないと言われた。ならばせめて事前にその旨、部屋に１本電話くらいして欲しかった。とても不満である旨、フロントにも話しておいた。 |

空港から出るシャトルバスのセントラルステーションで降りてすぐ目の前にホテルがあるのでとても便利だった。また、長距離バス乗り場もホテルの目の前であったため（MARINO社、MICCORI社等）、すぐにバスに乗れてよかった。ホテルも清潔でアメニティも充実しており、良いホテルだった。 駅の近くは危ないという噂のとおり、ホテル付近にも危なげな人たちがいたため、ホテルまで走らなければならなかった。夜中に爆竹の音などして騒がしかったので、あらかじめ静かな部屋をお願いしておいてよかった。また、２階以上の部屋を希望した方が安全だと思った。 |

駅から近く、観光や食事に非常にいいロケーションの割りに価格がお手ごろでとても良かった。 朝食のFOODメニューに少々バリエーションにかけていたのが残念。 |

the buffet breakfast was fantastic, it had something for everyone and the breakfast staff were so friendly! no, i will stay at this hotel again when i visit my daughter. and recommend it to others. |

I stayed here 6 weeks ago and no fewer than 5 people remembered me. I was astounded, Salvatore remembered my favourite coffee, Michele remembered my drink, Antonio and Felson ( I hope that's right) remembered my girlfriend who wasn't even with me, Antonio the porter shook my hand to welcome me back . I love this hotel, so friendly and they put themselves out to make you feel at home. The best hotel in Napoli without a doubt. I'll see you all again very soon and thanks to all of you, I had an even greater time. The breakfast is far superior to other hotels and so relaxed and the rooms are much bigger too. Great value. |

Hotel is very good and only few steps fm central station. But naples is a dangerous city general.you see everywhere drug people and always feel a fear. |

The hotel was perfect for my 5 days stay and the staff could not have been more helpful. Luigi the manager was excellent and extremely dilligent. Elda, who reminded me of Sharlene Spitteri, organised flowers and gifts whilst the lovely Marina advised me on shopping, days out and taxis so efficiently. I was made to feel at home. |

Staff was not helpful at all. Room was dark and not clean. Toilet ran all night and shower dripped all night. Requested move but hotel would not accomodate. |

The Hotel is situated just near the Central Railway Station, so there are a lot of people on the Piazza Garibaldi and it it very noisy there. iIn this noise StarHotel is an Oasis. On my mind the hotel is not worth staying for those, who would like to research the historical center of the city. It is not close to the Old Napoli. The Hotel is in good condition, but some things the'd better renovate (the cell in the bathroom...). |
