Starhotels Terminus

The room was very nice, good sized with a sofa and a balcony, large double bed and an ample size bathroom with shower. The breakfasts were very well catered, with attentive staff, fresh coffee, a good selection of cold and hot buffy foods, fruits and local sweet pastries.

The hotel is right on the main road next to the train station and is there for a bit noisey, although the double glazing helps keep that down, this area of naples is very dirty to say the least and tends to detract from the hotel which was the best out of the 5 hotels in Italy we stayed in during our trip.

Excellent location, directly next to the central railway station plus very good connections to the city centre and main sightseeing attractions.

The hotel is enough good, near the main station, not far from shops and acceptable pizzeria/restorantes. The rooms are good but may need light repair.

Room of good size and quality, clean and well prepared, bed comfy and clean, nicely decorated.

Bathroom although acceptable was in need of refurbishment, loo seat split, toilet flush and fittings loose or coming away, edges of odd shaped shower heavily chipped through long standing wear and tear. Aircon was barely working, so hotter than we would wished. Had early flight so no comment on breakfast. Staff helpfully informed us Taxi to airport was a fixed rate of fare of €13 euros, However Taxi driver played dumb and refused to give change from a €20 - so as usual watch out for taxi drivers!

I stayed here 6 weeks ago and no fewer than 5 people remembered me. I was astounded, Salvatore remembered my favourite coffee, Michele remembered my drink, Antonio and Felson ( I hope that's right) remembered my girlfriend who wasn't even with me, Antonio the porter shook my hand to welcome me back . I love this hotel, so friendly and they put themselves out to make you feel at home. The best hotel in Napoli without a doubt. I'll see you all again very soon and thanks to all of you, I had an even greater time. The breakfast is far superior to other hotels and so relaxed and the rooms are much bigger too. Great value.

The hotel was perfect for my 5 days stay and the staff could not have been more helpful. Luigi the manager was excellent and extremely dilligent. Elda, who reminded me of Sharlene Spitteri, organised flowers and gifts whilst the lovely Marina advised me on shopping, days out and taxis so efficiently. I was made to feel at home.

Very nice team and excellent service. Restaurant very good.

It is very close to the train station, so it is convenient.

pressione per portare i bagagli in camera

ho apprezzato soprattutto la cortesia e disponibilità del personale sia in arrivo (camera disponibile senza attendere l'orario stabilito) che in partenza (attesa del treno in hotel anzichè in stazione)

l'hotel andrebbe rimodernato in alcuni particolari e la stanza era un po' fredda

Praticamente tutto: staff cortese e professionale, camera confortevole, letti estremamente comodi, bagno grande e ben attrezzato, ottima prima colazione a buffet con molta scelta. La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda per chi arriva in treno. I dintorni della stazione non sono bellissimi (zona piuttosto sporca), ma non ho avuto problemi.

Non una critica, solo un suggerimento: nella camera non c'era uno specchio (ovviamente c'era in bagno), sarebbe stato utile averne uno anche in camera.
