This recently restructured hotel is situated in the historical centre, adjacent to the pedestrian zone, ideal for relaxing evenings spent walking and shopping until late at night. From the terrace, you can admire the view of the entire gulf of Olbia, with the island of Tavolara as a backdrop. You will be received in a comfortable and familiar atmosphere. There are 28 double rooms, some with balcony and all tastefully furnished, featuring air conditioning, heating and common facilities. There is a pleasant restaurant with 2 dining rooms. The specialities include mixed starters and fish soup. Popular with the locals, the restaurant is also regularly visited by the many tourists in the city during summer. nulla La titolare è stata molto sgorbutica, le abbiamo chiesto di fare colazione alle 7 invece delle 7,30 x via del traghetto che partiva ci ha detto di no che non era possibile. Il controsenso poi sta che noi siamo scesi alle 7,15 x caso e abbiamo trovato 2 operai che stavano facendo colazione

- Il personale è poco cordiale. - Nel bagno erano presenti degli insetti. - Gli anditi di accesso alle camere erano al buio. - La colazione non era varia. - Non c'è parcheggio libero nelle vicinanze e quello dell'hotel costa 7 € - Le camere sono troppo spartane per un 3 stelle.

Ligging van het hotel midden in het centrum en geweldige eetgelegenheden op loopafstand. Vlakbij gratis parkeergelegenheid. Hotel in de buurt van het vliegveld en goede uitvalbasis voor uitstapjes in de omgeving

De ligging is perfect: Hotel Ristorante Terranova ligt middenin het voetgangersgebied van Olbia. Winkels, terassen en restaurants liggen letterlijk om de hoek, zonder last te hebben van geluidshinder. Parkeren kan gratis op een paar honderd meter afstand op de grote parkeerplaats aan de boulevard. De bedden zijn uitstekend. Het personeel spreekt zeer gebrekkig Engels, maar een boekje `Wat & Hoe Italiaans` doet wonderen. Volgens de website is het hotel onlangs gerenoveerd, maar dan waren ze onze kamer vergeten: Functioneel maar niet up-to-date, laat staan luxe. Niet geschikt dus voor een romantische weekendje weg!

місцерозташування, тиша та чистота слабке знання англійської персоналом, незадовільний стан сантехнічного обладнання, відсутність можливості спостерігати краєвид з вікон номеру, дуже незручний балкон, неможливість зупинки автомобіля біля дверей готелю (дуже вузька вулиця).

Fin utsikt från balkong . Läge vid litet torg och nära shoppinggator. Svårt med parkering i anslutning till hotellet. Dock gratisparkering c:a 10 minuter från hotellet.

Posizione camera un po' vecchiotta,con puzza di chiuso e tenuta non troppo bene,con la tv non funzionante(si vedeva solo un canale). Insomma non proprio il massimo per fortuna era per solo una notte.

Le petit déjeuner correct. Hotel bien situé pour la visite dans Olbia Chambre très petite , salle de bains très très petite , douche faite uniquement pour les gens sans rondeurs pour le moindre geste. Les gens forts abstenez-vous. La musique autour de l'hotel très tard dans la nuit. L'hotel ne mérite qu'un maxi de 2 étoiles et est cher qualité prix comme partout en Sardaigne.

L'hôtel est en plein centre ville, a 5 minutes a pieds d'un grand parking gratuit et a 10 minutes de l'aéroport. Il se situe dans une ruelle calme. La chambre dispose d'une clim indispensable ! La chambre et la salle de bain sont assez petites.

Un hôtel chaleureux pour un prix très raisonnable ! Du personnel sympathique et toujours à votre écoute , L’hôtel très bien situé dans une petite rue calme , il est pas trés loin de l'aéroport et assez simple à trouver ! Cette hôtel à contribuer à 100% à la réussite de nos vacances ! Rien à signaler pour notre part
