Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Und der Ort ist super! Mann kann überall ohne Problem zu den weiteren Städte wie Florenz, Lucca etc. mit dem Zug reisen oder auch per Auto. Das Frühstück war nicht besonderes. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel würde ich eher sagen das es 3 Sterne Hotel ist, kaum Auswahl! Leider ist das Hotel auch zu Höllhörig, zunehmend das jeden Abend auf der Strasse viele Jungendliche unterwegs sind und die nicht so besonders leise sind. – Schade - |

Welcome and very good directions from the desk lady when we arrived, who also assisted us in having lunch at a time when the restaurant was in fact closing. The TV in one of the room we had had no CNN or BBC. When we enquired at the reception late afternoon, we were told that each TV set up was different, hence she was unable to assist. |

This is a wonderful hotel: it is conveniently located near the spa, the city centre, the park, the base station of the funicular and the street markets. Breakfast is superb; the building is elegant and graceful and immaculate. Staff were a joy. An excellent choice to stay in Montecatini. |

This is a very nice traditional hotel in a good location. The rooms are good and I enjoyed my stay, as I was on the first floor. The hotel lacks a reasonable standard of fire precautions. I would suggest they do not meet the current EU , Italian Regulations, One wide open stairway up through the building, no fire doors and no fire alarm system or smoke detectors on floors. Very disappointing for such a nice hotel. |

The location was convenient and there was free, private parking While the lobby is impressive and grand, the room was not what you would expect for a 4-star hotel. It was perfectly comfortable and clean, but the facilities and decor were in need of updating. |
