Location of the hotel, accomodations. The cleaning personnel ignoring 'Do not enter' Signs. Poor performance of the reception desk staff. As the air conditioners are off when it is cool outside it gets loud if your open windows are facing the street. |

Great hotel. Beautiful breakfast terrace, comfortable beds, good hot shower (for some reason shower pressure has been a problem in other hotels during our trip). Would definitely be back. breakfast maybe a bit simple for 4 stars hotel |

It was a comfortable and central hotel. During the night it was too noisy, you hear all the sounds from all the other bathrooms. And the room service charge is unreasonable, it should be free as part of the service. |

Welcome and very good directions from the desk lady when we arrived, who also assisted us in having lunch at a time when the restaurant was in fact closing. The TV in one of the room we had had no CNN or BBC. When we enquired at the reception late afternoon, we were told that each TV set up was different, hence she was unable to assist. |

location my room was next to the elevator shaft and was very noisy. also, they were doing work on the entire first floor that was at times noisy and the restaurant was closed for renovation |

Ottima posizione sia riguardo alle Terme che al centro città, tranquillo, bella struttura, pulizia, cortesia, colazione ricca. Parcheggio esiguo (una dozzina di posti circa), camera piccola con spazi ridotti e dotazioni scarse per essere un 4 stelle, rumori dei servizi dalla camera di sopra, ambiente secco per riscaldamento ad aria non facilmente regolabile |
