Bathrooms are quite cramped & shower leaks onto bathroom floor

the hotel staff was extremely helpful. we punctured A tire on the way in to the hotel and the staff was very helpful in getting A local business to replace it. the food was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. location was excellent for using as A base for visiting surrounding towns and tourist sites.

The gym the hotel advertises as close by is a good 10 minute walk, not across the road. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. No bell boy on check in/out to assist with bags. Only one 4 person lift for the entire hotel. Breakfast was poor quality. Internet did not work through our entire stay (yet they tried to charge for it) rock hard beds, noisy, dirty, dated rooms. We checked out early, complained about our issues and the manageress didn't care. Hotels like this should not be in business. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

Old fashioned hotel, in a period bulding, but very comfortable , clean and with good service. The breakfast areas both inside and outside are luxuriously excellent !!!

Fabulous location and lots going on in the town when we were there, (3 -10 July. The road in front of hotel was closed to traffic during our stay which was a bonus. Would recommend as a perfect base for visiting Pisa, Lucca and Florence, by regular train service at town station. Great restaurant food and views at Montecatini Alto reached by funicular, 5 minute walk from hotel.

The only downside was no bar staff, although there is a perfect area at the front of the hotel with comfortable seating provided. We used the facilities of other nearby hotel bars.

werkelijk van A tot Z alles tot in perfectie geregeld. Tot heden het beste Hotel waar wij ooit verbleven en toch +/- 60 overnachtingen per jaar. De prijs was werkelijk fantastisch.

Dat er mensen zijn die dit Hotel te laag waarderen omdat men niet met 2 tegelijkertijd op internet kunnen of omdat een groep iets te luidruchtig is.Waardering geniet een hogere score, denk aan 8.8 ipv 7.8 !!!!

Im Hotel gar nichsts

Dieses Hotel dürfte nicht mal 3Sterne haben. Miserabler Zustand, wir sind am Mittwoch bereits abgereist. Total unfreundliches u. unkompetentes Personal. Absolut Bruchbude.

Gute Lage, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit. Ordentliches Frühstücksbuffet. Aufmerksame Kellner beim Frühstück.

Ankunft einer bis tief in die Nacht lärmenden Schulklasse (Gekicher, Geschrei, ewiges Gelaber und Türenschlagen bis über Mitternacht hinaus); kein Eingreifen durch Hotelpersonal oder Lehrkräfte. Ich hatte eigentlich dem Namen nach ein Grand Hotel und keine Jugendherberge erwartet. Extras beim Frühstück, wie z.B. Rühreier, müssen zusätzlich bezahlt werden.

чтобы включить чайник надо выключить телевизор, и наоборот, варить яйца на завтраке самим?? может я чего-то не понимаю...., омлет на завтрак платный? тоже не очень понятно..

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. posizione centrale e comodità del parcheggio privato. buona accoglienza

La camera situata vicino all'ascensore era veramente rumorosa, probabilmente verrà assegnata a soggiorni di 1 sola notte......

Le stanze hanno bisogno di essere ristrutturate. Il personale non spicca per la gentilezza, la colazione e' stata imbarazzante. . . .e la pulizia scarsa!

мы второй раз в этом отеле, еще с собой привезли друзей. отель очень удачно расположен, через дорогу питьевой истоник. оздоровителный центр реди в 5 минутах, большая парковка, хорошиий wi-fi.стандартный европейский завтрак. учтивый и дружественный персонал.приветливая и гостеприимная госпожа Loretta. большое спасибо за хороший отдых!
