Very comfortable and elegant, the rooms are very modern but with a welcoming atmosphere which is very important when you are away from home.

The hotel is located in the Umbrian town of Ponte San Giovanni, 4 km from the historical centre of Perugia.

Many major roads run through the town giving easy access to the rest of the region.

Il personale à disponibile, gentile e pronto alle richieste dei clienti. La stanza è molto carina e completa di tutto ciò che occorre; la pulizia viene fatta puntualmente e la biancheria sostituita giornalmente ( cosa che non si verifica in altre strutture!). Si riposa bene perchè il luogo è abbastanza silenzioso.	10

La vicinanza di una grande arteria di viabilità, seppur comodissima per gli spostamenti a finestre aperte è sensibile la rumorosità, per onestà a finestre chiuse non era percettibile nessun rumore anche per la presenza dei doppi vetri.	9.5
