Location: metro station Bologna is just by the corner. It's third station from Termini railway station. After Bologna the metro line divides in two, but all trains go to Bologna, which is great as the intervals between trains are up to 12 minutes! The kitchen is equipped with cookware,forks,knives,corkscrew. In bathroom you'll have liquid soap, toilet paper and clean towels (1 big and 1 small per person, plus for feet). City map on arrival. Safe deposit box.

Rather complicated keys - be sure you understand and remember how they work. It would be nice to have olive oil, or at least salt and pepper for the guests who stay several days: nobody will buy such products for a 3-5 days stay.

The closeness to the Metro station was excellent. The view from the balcony was also great. The fact that they stored our luggage until late in the day was also great.

The WI-FI did not work for the first 2 days, which was one of the reasons booked here. The apartment building does not have a reception, and we were met by a man at the front door, who did not introduce himself, just asked us if we were looking for accommodation. Due to the reputation Rome has with people always trying to sell you something, we did not at first realise that he was there waiting for us. We were not advised of the Rome City tax per person before arriving, and had to pay an additional 24 Euro.

Excellent location metro, supermarket and bus right outside the apartment.

The dishwasher was tight and we could not use it. We paid cash, but could not get a receipt. Got a message on mobile that we would get a receipt the next day, but have not seen it. Therefore we do not recommend cash payment. They had card machine for credit card use it ..

Location, metro to just about everywhere was on your doorstep, and so cheap!

Terrible location without any sign. We run 4 times around Bologna Square having troubles to see numbers of buildings. No reception, no answers on the phone. Late check in after 8.00 pm costs 20 euros extra. No internet connection. Durty and old appartment, terrible bathroom and everything else is just terrible. Never book it

Very convenient to train transportation. Clean and economical!

Refrigerator didn't work. We never called them, as we just made alternative arrangement and when we came home our second night we had a new frigerator, although it was time for our departure by 4am. Because we didn't call them, we knew they knew it wasn't working. We also did not have wifi as advertised and when I called, I was referred to a different company. It was very strange. Shower door was defective an not staying on...so just maintenance issues that should be tended to for that price.

It was right next to the Metro and had a nice balcony.

The drain in the shower was clogged so you were standing in a pool of water your entire shower. Also the wireless Internet didn't work the entire time we were there and they kept giving us the run around about when it would be fixed.

It's right next to a metro stop so very conveniently located. Also close to a number of grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacy. On the route for bus 62 which grants easy access to Campo de Fiori and Trastevere. Great to have a kitchen and washing machine to use.

The wifi didn't work for the first two days of our stay, and our apartment was the only one to have a power outage one evening.

Value for money, proximity to metro station, grocery store and small restaurants. The apartment was clean.

Fabiana was fantastic. You must call her when you arrive because the hotel is not marked and you will never figure out where to go without her. We waited on the sidewalk and Fabiana arrived quickly with a helpful, friendly smile. Parking was easy at 20 Euro per day in a lot behind the hotel. (Look for the yellow parking sign. The parking people were also very helpful and friendly). The metro stop was right outside the hotel door and a very easy trip to the center of Rome. We paid 98Euro for two nice size bedrooms for four people on the 8th floor. The place is very, very basic with a small but functional bathroom (don't drop the soap in the shower!) and a simple kitchen. Bring your own soap and shampoo. Don't plan on sleeping late in the morning as the shower upstairs and trucks outside start early. The Kabob King next door is very good and made a fun "take to the room dinner" with a bottle of wine we bought during the day. We would stay here again.

Staff was really helpful and very accommodating. Would use them again if we traveled to Rome.

Causa inconveniente tecnico,sono stato ospitato in un appartamento piu' grande di quello prenotato,perfettamente equipaggiato,trilocale con ampio bagno situato a 100 metri quello scelto in origine. Impeccabile. Comoda la posizione,1 fermata di metro dalla stazione Tiburtina(alta velocita') e due da Staz Termini.

Utilissimo sarebbe il servizio di deposito bagagli,specialmente quando quello della Stazione Tiburtina e' chiuso(P.es. A Pasquetta!!!)

il a fait froid ds l'appartement:pas de chauffage(9° dehors 18°ds l'appartement)malgré le signalement les radiateurs sont restés éteints malgré qu'on nousd ait dit que cela allait chauffer de 18h30 à 23h.pas assez de vaisselle pour cuisiner

A metà ottobre l'appartamento era freddissimo. Idem il bagno. Lavatrice nel corridoio ad uso promiscuo e rumore dalla lavatrice.insonorizzazione carente verso l'appartamento accanto.il bagno non ha la finestra. La testata del letto era piena di polvere e non funzionavano le luci ai lati del letto

Appartement agréable, à proximité du métro et bus permettant un accès aisé au centre de Rome.

ottima posizione proprio sopra la stazione del metro e con molti locali e negozi a pochi passi. Appartamento ampio e comodo.

un po' scomodo il check out entro le 10, compensato dalla possibilita` di lasciare le valige.

Zentrale Lage, Metro gleich unten am Haus. Aber Achtung für Leute die zeitig abreisen müssen, die Metro und der Termini öffnen erst 5.30 Uhr.Wir mussten mit dem Taxi zum Bahnhof fahren. Ansonsten ist die Küche sehr praktisch, kann man viel Geld sparen. Supermarkt ist ein bisschen versteckt( aber vorhanden,große Auswahl) zwei Straßen weiter.

Kein richtiges Hotel, eher Ferienwohnung! Es befinden sich 4 Wohnung im 9. Stock eines Hochhauses. Sehr hellhörig, wir hatten eine Wohnung, wo 2 Ferienwohnung integriert waren. Zur Schlüsselübergabe mussten wir erst rumtelefonieren, damit wir rein konnten. Heizung geht erst ab 15.November laut Vermieter,war schon dumm, weil wir einmal ziemlich nass geworden sind und nicht wussten wie wir unser Schuhe und Sachen trocknen sollten (haben dann den Gasherd als Heizung benutzt).

Удобное Месторасположение.Большие апартаменты. Все удобства. Есть всё необходимое для проживания.

Достаточо шумно с улицы, трудность регулировки горячей воды в душе.

Apartamento com muito uso

Outstanding location for getting quickly to/from the centre by Metro and to/from Fiumicino airport by train (Tiburtina station). Quiet studio thanks to new windows facing the courtyard and the 9th floor high enough:-). Other apartments might differ. Simple kitchen and nearby stores (especially Italian backery at Via Lorenzo II Magnifico) helped us to enjoy delicious breakfasts - yummy. Wifi worked perfectly at our stay.

Probably nothing. I can't think of anything so bad.

Большая трехкомнатная квартира, оснащенная всем необходимым для проживания с детьми, есть даже стиральная машина. Расположение отличное прямо на станции метро. Отличное соотношение цена-качество

Нет парковки и очень трудно ее найти

Апартаменты достойные, жили 4 человека и могли потеряться в комнатах. Очень всем остались довольны. Рядом супермаркет, все для жизни и питания в квартире есть.

немного конечно поздновато с заселением. Но нас это не испугало мы взяли на вокзале Автобустур по городу, оставили чемоданы на нижней его палубе и наслаждались Римом на втором этаже))))
