la lontananza dal centro città e la scarsa qualità della prima colazione in room service

Nel centro fitness non era presente personale di servizio,la piscina era chiusa con la scusa "manutenzione" ma in realtà non era così.Mancava un accappatoio i camera,dopo averlo richiesto al ricevimento ci sono voluti venti minuti per averlo. Camere piccole e non all'altezza di un cinque stelle. Prezzo esagerato della camera in rapporto ai servizi offerti ed alla location.

very courteous staff, rooms was clean, located in a quiet area.

Business centre very small, no evening turn down.

Beautiful hotel&rooms (at the inside), very soothing&relaxing atmoshere. Suberbe fitness centre and swimmingpool. We can advise this hotel for business trips if you want to relax in the evening, far away from the busy&crowdy city centre.

Twice we had dinner in the restaurant and both times we have been charged for things we didn't order, once even for 2 things we didn't order. Quality of the restaurant is not in accordance with the level of the hotel in general, quality of the restaurant is less. Further, you must even pay for access to the internet in their business centre.

This hotel is not in Milan but in the suburb of the city, with no facility around. Consequence: the breakfast costs EUR 80

Comfy bed, large rooms, good bathroom, nice & quiet

At breakfast on two separate occasions I was not offered coffee or tea. This was not due to staff shortages as there were plenty, and other italien guests seemed to be asked. For a 5 star hotel this is really not good enough.

The reception and concierge look likes training stuff and they don't know any thing about Milano. The hotel is very far from the center and you need more than 20 min to reach there because alot of traffic lights. hotel is very noisy on the lower floor, always ask for higher floor to avoid the cars noise witch moves out from basement hotel parking.
